He is, without a doubt, a guy from whom you need to just cut ties. At this point, Teahen has some value as a pinch hitter with some left-handed power. He's not the absolute worst guy to have on the team if you're stuck with him, as we are. So unless a team is willing to take on at least some of his remaining salary in a trade, you can live with keeping him.
