In the above article, the creator discusses how he doesnt think it glamorizes teen pregnancy and it is a good show to prevent it. I call bulls***. The part in this quote that bothers me the most is the part that mentions that these young women struggle to make ends meet. Yes, the kids in the real world, not on MTV, absolutely struggle to make ends meet. The girls on this show, not at all. First off, MTV pays them. And pays them well. Second off, these girls are cover girls. If you walk through any supermarket, you will see these girls on the cover of People, Star, Us, Teen magazine. They call the tabloids and get paid for photoshoots. MTV is making the problem worse by glamorizing the stars and enabling them. If these guys honestly believe that teenaged girls are all smart enough to see it as a cautionary tale, and not just another reality show that you can get on if you get knocked up, I have some oceanside real estate in Iowa to sell them. You mean certain people dont try and gain weight so they can get on biggest loser? I bet they do. Thoughts?

you know what is weird to me, for my entire life i was told that Saddam Hussein was the epitome of evil, the man that needed to go down due to his mean streak and the people who he killed along the way to his reign of power. When he was hung, it was like the world nodded and said "yep, needed to be done". bin laden finally gets his due, and people flooded the streets for a party. i understand saddam never attacked the united states in a coordinated terror attack like bin laden, but from what i have read, he ordered the deaths of tens of thousands of people just the same, just not on US soil. Im not condemning anyone for acting the way they are, it was just something i was thinking about

i was reading yesterday that Haslem and Miller are unlikely for game 1, possibly more. That is not good for a team that already has an extremely weak bench

The Spurs just got gassed in the second half of the season, they blew their load early in the season when they jumped out to that huge lead and just kind of let the pack come back to them. This series loss doesnt surprise me, the Spurs have some bigtime questions that are going to have to be asked going into next season. Z-Bo was incredible in the last 5 minutes of the game. He was unstoppable after the Spurs took a 80-79 lead
