  1. Ahhhh three years ago when everything was rosy http://amp.awfulannouncing.com/athletic/the-athletic-has-reportedly-offered-writers-15-36-percent-salary-bumps-small-stakes-in-company.html
  2. Nah all I’m reading is you saying “yes I see why the company did this” without acknowledging that this company’s original mission statement was to provide coverage exactly like Fegan was doing. This s%*# absolutely sucks ass and we are in here like “yea well nobody watches them and look they are reassigning other writers too”. What does rosenthal even provide anymore? Puff pieces. Bullshit. He gets to announce trades that he certainly wasn’t the source for. s%*# that probably comes from Fegan himself, and we accept the corporate reasons for letting Fegan go. we are losing our print media piece by piece and convincing ourselves it’s right
  3. Tex why are you trying to validate his firing? This sucks
  4. Jerry Reinsdorf mad that the astrophysicists and molecular engineers are taking game to the next level, that’s too bad they don’t want their competitors to spend money to get an edge. This s%*# sucks
  5. Lance better swear so we all know he is mad
  6. Thanks Lance it’s been real ✌️
  7. It’s like BBC but not the same at all
  8. If you listened this morning, you know it’s true. Jerry isn’t a fan
  9. That’s right, tore it midswing in a check. My mistake. Hand injury
  10. I’m willing to concede it could be a few of the injuries he has experienced, but it’s hard for me to sit here and agree that he is in a career free fall that is all of 85 games of results before and after he missed the rest of a season
  11. Saying “I can be as good as I was in 2019-2022” isn’t as crazy as you think it is. He is absolutely having a bad year but good lord
  12. I mean, he didn’t play for almost 8 months, and last year all we all complained about with the offense was that it was a singles offense, encouraged by the batting coach. and it’s interesting that you point out how important his top hand is right after asking why a broken hand would affect his career norms
  13. Am I wrong or does that detailed study show a pretty steady offensive career until he broke his hand
  14. I will lip, thanks
  15. The calendar year stuff is garbage considering he missed most of last season due to injury . He needs to be better and there is a lot of stuff going on in his life that are clearly affecting things. He wasn’t bad before he broke his hand last year
  16. I haven’t even watched it yet but based on the thumbnail description I bet they discuss it
  17. I just am good on hearing him complain about voices and people talking and stuff. We didn’t dig into his personal life, that stuff was stuck on social media for everyone to see and people found out. Just disappointed in how everything has been handled and where he places blame
  18. Come on now man, they work with Ozzie every day
  19. Congrats to the Nuggets, Jokic was a wrecking ball
  20. It’s pretty easy to ask these kind of super tough questions when your own livelihood isn’t on the line
  21. I hope Andrew Juice isn’t a member here. f*** that guy
  22. Angel sucks so bad lol https://www.instagram.com/reel/CrwUVXzgzd8/?igshid=MzRlODBiNWFlZA==
  23. It should have cut it, though. Winning a 1-0 game isn’t a bad thing and it should have happened
