  1. Well Eisert certainly has come in and calmed things down.
  2. Ok; lefties and Burke don’t mix well. Noted
  3. I’m gonna be honest with you, this is the first time I have ever seen that name
  4. Ok that’s two big shots. Will we go for three
  5. I have decided I know who Baldwin reminds me of, and that’s Billy from the movie Predator. This is my totally random footnote thank you for your time
  6. *pawn stars voice* best I can do is an ALL STAR rule 5 pick
  7. Ah yes, if someone calls asking for Houser, just jingle your keys in their face for a minute until they are distracted then offer smith
  8. I read somewhere that Elko will be traded to a front line competitor of his choice, because the Sox clearly don’t have him in their plans
  9. Tito would somehow have that roster in first
  10. Nobody loves this Greg. Read the fucking board for once
  11. All I’m saying is maybe show up all the way into the break? So, a month Instead of about a week? I hope the kid figured something out I really do but it feels like a small hot streak in a shitty season got it done
  12. lol no, just stating my thoughts
  13. I do not think this is good for him, and it’s based on a very small sample size of good ball
  14. I’m not saying he won’t be good for them but I have a weird feeling about the cubs this season and don’t think they are destined for that crown. if they want to send prospects for Houser, I’m all for it
  15. Alright Eeyore, carry on with your crying
  16. Houser ain’t pushing them over the top
  17. It’s completely arbitrary. You are naming the greatest of the greats and expect everyone to be able to do it. I don’t know what to tell you when you can acknowledge the great increased athleticism of the game but then be annoyed when the teams and players try to make sure they extend the careers of all of the players providing the greatness.
  18. I don’t understand why lack of a complete game is so bothersome to you, if your team wins then who cares how it is done? Why does one man throwing way more pitches in one night than he should, make that game better? complete games have disappeared because they simply ruined pitchers. Look at the toll it took on Jack McDowell. Top of his game and top of the world in 93-94 at 28 years old and had one more decent year with the Yankees and just never found it again and out of the game at 33. Yea that’s what I want to do is just drive them into the ground https://www.baseball-reference.com/players/m/mcdowja01.shtml
  19. When you refuse to open your eyes and learn, everything is confusing
