None of this matters. Elko isn’t going to block someone who is more deserving of time. Memorizing a guys name doesn’t matter. The guy he is replacing has already been exposed. The Sox lose absolutely nothing by letting Elko see the league and vice versa there is literally nothing in the way of the Sox giving Elko a shot and you are acting like he is blocking the number one prospect in the minors for the next three years

There really isn’t much justification in keeping Vaughn in the lineup (and on the roster) right now. He doesn’t have a history of great success, he never really came into the power that we thought, he doesn’t get on base a lot, he is slow, and he isn’t a great defender. Sending him down shouldn’t generate a “but you can wreck him” response, because he is already there. Elko might come up and strike out a lot, but he is gonna give us some moon shots and sometimes you need that

As the self appointed best fan of this team, It’s quite clear you hold yourself as the best fan of this team on the site, because of your constant attendance of the games. You show no actual ability to be critical of the team, only of other fans of the team who are critical of the team. My attendance dropped when they started to suck, and will continue until they show an actual commitment to winning.
