The Peavy trade has to be on this list, and I'll own that I was wrong in supporting it.

Is anyone else way too excited about these games? I know it's not THAT important of a series, but I'm playoffs level nervous.

The decrease in scoring could also be attributed to the relatively recent sabermetric trend of valuing defense highly. Guys like Jermaine Dye don't get to play in the outfield as often (selection bias).

Actually, speaking of Marvel and Mega Man, I downloaded Marvel vs Capcom 2 for the PS3, it's so much fun, especially local multi-player.

Once you factor in his less than ideal body type, it makes sense that he's falling off in terms of performance.
