It is both. It is no where near this simple.

I didn't not appreciate at the time what a mess Jimmy Butler was to those Bulls teams.

I mean it is one thing to engage in the typical groupthink of the Sox are cheap kind of stuff, but this? Yikes. Do yourself a favor and delete this post.

Ha, there was only one direction this thread was going to go. One good post to start, and then mostly people making up what they think they know here.

I will be 100% honest here, if anyone is paying this caravan it is a conservative group. They are the ones making political gains on scaring people with immigrants. The Democrats are too scared to be encouraging this. This allowed the President to score all kinds of points with his base on an issue the Dems can never win.

I did not realize it took him 5 years to hit a full season team.

Apparently they asked the Braves for Acuna for him. So, moving along.

http://meadowparty.com/blog/2018/10/31/klawchat-10-31-18/ Mac: Do you think Spencer Adams has a legit shot to earn a spot in the White Sox rotation out of spring training? Keith Law: No, nor should he. He has marginal stuff and struck out only 11% of batters he faced in AAA. Brent : Did you get a chance to see CWS’s Burdi in the AFL? Any insight to how he’s look after TJ? Thanks. Keith Law: I did not but Eric Longenhagen did and said he looked like he did pre-TJ (which is good).

Sale is in the last year of his deal.

If he is signing already, that probably means it is a deal that isn't palatable.

lol, then why make the offer?

A 1 year contract in a year where we have barely double digits in millions of payroll committed is too high of stakes?

Let's be honest, they'd just shot a lot and just miss everything.

That is some quality goalpost moving right there.

Yes, especially for standardized testing.
