  1. I was actually at Seton Hall for a college visit with the oldest kid. We noticed it and wondered what happened. Felt like being next to a heavy freight train. Looked it up and found it on the USGS page.
  2. The funny thing is 1-7 (.143) actually improved our RISP from 3-25 (.120) to 4-32 (.125)
  3. Saves a call up. You can only be sent down 3 times in a year before you hit waivers.
  4. I know I don't follow the other 29 teams as closely, but I can't recall a situation where an entire team regressed as fast as it did.
  5. The hire of Tony changed everything.
  6. With as bad as Speas has been, this isn't the worst time to sneak him through.
  7. We are like 15 minutes into a rebuild. Do we really need to already start getting mad about not adding expensive players to a terrible 100 loss team? It isn't just the Sox who wouldn't be adding to this dumpster fire in any significant way either.
  8. This. I wouldn't have traded Rodriguez for Clevinger straight up, but that is what we effectively just did.
  9. Typically the game day experience at the park is top notch. It's the games themselves that suck.
  10. That's what they get for loading up on former White Sox players
  11. They aren't wrong. They are probabilities based on specific points in time and historic models. It is stats 101.
  12. Come on. The entire world was off of free TV decades ago. It was too soon then, but it isn't even a thing in the 21st century.
  13. I know Eloy and Yoan get crapped on about their injury histories, but Kopech has been every bit as bad, plus opting out during covid. My answer is essentially none.
