I don't see a problem with a fan cheering for whatever he wants, regardless of the circumstances. If the Red Sox aren't professional enough to ignore what's going on in the crowd, then that's the sad part about all of this. No fan should be ejected from the park for taunting unless it is effecting the game, regardless of the situation. That's my take and most of you seem to not agree with it, but that's fine. Actually I was pretty impressed with Leiter in general in the booth. He really made Brennemen and Lyons sound like complete idiots for most of the game. He was very clearly articulate, sharp, and insightful; where as Lyons espesially is so gimmicky that it sounds awful when you get someone smart in the booth. I would take Leiter in our booths over both Farmer and DJ, in a heartbeat.

Santo is a nice guy, totally loyal nonbandwagon fan, and was a HOF caliber player, but he is a horrible announcer. It is funny to mention the Brant Brown call because I think it is hilarious.
