A draft is needed really badly down there. You can argue the money that gets put into needs to match what spending already is down there, but a draft eliminates the worst aspects of business in the DR.

About 4 million per team.Interesting read re: Intl draft.The funny thing about football is despite it being the most popular, no one seems to care enough about the negotiations to need the details in real time, or in minutiae.They could have had both.Probably the same thing that happened to the floor proposal.
