  3. Thats a lot of pitching for one sentence. You know what I hate about Pedro, him shaking that wiffle bat in the dugout. At least he'll get the chance to be clocked now in the majors.
  4. Yeah but it came from an AP photog.
  5. Or we could just spend more money.
  6. How many times do I have to say this: I have a lot of time on my hands. And its either this or Bea Arthur threads. So y'all oughta thank me really.
  7. Thanks, but no.
  8. Don't let em know where I stole that from :-P. You're probably the only one that reads the same blogs.
  9. I drove when I was 12. Home from Church.
  10. If we think that 12 year olds are mentally capable of discerning between fantasy violence as realistic as that displayed in GTA: San Andreas or a movie like Reservoir Dogs, why wouldn't they be mentally capable of driving a car? I wasn't making comparisons. I was making a point. We believe that minors are, by definition, not the same as adults. As a result we don't treat them the same. They are still allowed the same rights under the constitution as everyone else. But that doesn't mean that they are allowed the same privilege. Nowhere in the Constitution is there an unalienable right to Playstation or Xbox.
  11. Tex, please report to the Christian Science reading room for reprogramming.
  12. I got sick, but not from the beer. Slam Dunk Ernest, not nearly as good as Ernest in the Army. Then :puke Just Before Ernest Goes to Africa
  13. I agree, personally that's why I think there should be no age restrictions on what people buy. If a 12 year old wants to buy smokes and Vodka, let him have them! Seriously, kids are people too. Why do we put these kinds of restrictions on them? And for that matter, why shouldn't they be able to drive and vote too? And go to war! Why do we put these kinds of restrictions on them? Oh yeah, that's right. We're a society that believes in responsibility. My bad.
  14. Whats wrong with this picture taken from the President's economic summit? Maybe its time for a new bill in Congress, "Leave no Presidential staffer behind."

SFX is a subsidiary of Clear Channel Entertainment if I'm not mistaken. Spooky.
  17. Famously bad beer memories. Drinking two year old cans of Meister Brau when i was 12 in the garage. Watching and Ernest movie marathon with a 12 pack of Warm Schlitz. Playing that 70s Show drinking game with Mickey's Hand Grenades. But three words take the crown for crappiest beer ever. New. Schlitz. Ice. It was 1.99 on sale for a 12 pack. Worst two bucks I ever spent. Tasted like burnt hops. I like PBR though. When I lived in Northern Michigan. Every night after work, Id walk the two miles to the liquor store and back to get my nightly forty of PBR. And the bar I liked, the Sawmill had it on draft for a buck fifty. Perfect while playing Club Keno.
  18. Tex, you have a point. Perhaps my Gulfstream and I should pick him up and go for a little "ride." Maybe Egypt?

  20. He looks like hes getting his hair cut in that picture.
  21. Actually, I get the feeling there's not a lot of fun there. Something tells me that Jessica's awfully repressed. Just a gut feeling.
  22. Whoops turned out the nanny that Kerik cited as a reason to drop out of the nomination process may have never actually existed. http://www.nytimes.com/2004/12/16/national...d=all&position=
  23. Yes, but White House Counsel (Gonzalez) is responsible for the vetting of the nominee, in otherwords - this stuff should have been found out before the nomination was announced. And its not like he had to go far, he just had to read a copy of Newsday. So he either doesn't do his job, and as a result has been promoted to AG. Or overlooks warrants for arrest, improper use of government funds, mob connections and employing illegal aliens for the chief of Homeland Security and has been rewarded with a promotion to AG. Super fun.

  25. This question is devoted to Kenny Williams and Ozzie: If you could be any flavor ice cream, which flavor would you be and why? And bachelor number 3: Pretend I'm a popsicle, what would it sound like when you eat me?
