I did my part by voting for the 1917 White Sox. It seems to me they are forgetting the 2005 World Champions Chicago White Sox.

Well Jose got the pitching back in line for us. That guy is incredible. Now come on Big Hurt do your ex teammates a big favor by putting a real hurt on the Tigers!!

Glad to hear it's not as bad as originally thought, I'm breathing a sigh of relief.

How bad was Iguchi's injury? I hope just day to day. If it were me I would rest him a few games because it is going to be a long second half of the season.

Starters have been pathetic. Thank goodness we have the power to bail them out most of the time. I don't care for Vazquez, I didn't like that trade to begin with.

The Tigers don't have a very good record against the top teams. They are bound to go on a tail spin at some point.

We need some runs.

The All Star break could change alot of teams. Our starting pitching has been erractic, but thank goodness we have the power to over come it. I am concerned about the Twins they are playing good baseball lately and will be on our tail before we know it, if were not careful. Hopefully the Big Hurt will put a hurt on the Tigers tonight for us.

This game is a nightmare. Being blown out by the Cubs of all people!! The worst I have ever seen Buerhle pitch. I thought we were getting things going when we cut the Cubs lead to 7-5, then the roof falls in with 4 Cub runs. We're going to need alot of runs to get back in this one.

The pirates did us a favor by beating the Tigers for us.

Another come come behind win. This team never gives up. Let's get the brooms ready to sweep the Cubs out of Wrigley!! Maybe the Pirates can find a way to beat the Tigers for us.

Perhaps they're getting tired of losing all the time and want to join a winner. We'll take 'em.

Good game all around. Brandon pitched a real good game in relief. Personally, I would have left him in to try and get the last out but Ozzie knows what he is doing.

I like interleague play, but will be glad to have Jim Thome in the lineup on a daily basis.

I think it is a publicity stunt also, but none the less, I wish him well.

The Tigers have a very good team, a good pitching staff. I question they can hold together through August.

Good game. The Sox gave me a scare for a while but we got the win and that's what counts. Bullpen did a outstanding job.

I voted for about 6 Sox players. I know I voted for Pablo, Konerko. I will probably go back and put write Jim Thome in.

Thome knows how to adjust. He will hit 45 + homeruns this season.

Let's go beat up on the Pirates. We need to hope that the Astros will do us a favor by beating Detroit for us this week.
