This is killing me.... What the hells a COP back? It was used describing Rodgers..... Is it "Catcher of Passes" or does it have something to do with his ability to protect the QB or is it because cop sounds like comp and they're saying he's a complimentary back. -
Of course fans have every right to boo whoever the hell they want. Perhaps saying it's ridiculous is a bit of an overstatement....I'm just saying, at this point, where does it end? He's been growing in the ring every week (He's mainly looked bad because of feuds with Show and Kane) and his growth is getting ignored because "Boooooo that's not the way we wanted the story to go boooooo"...
-
Still booing Reigns is ridiculous, he's been entertaining in the ring when he hasn't had to face the likes of Show and Kane. His dive over the ropes last night was fantastic, so athletic, so explosive.....But because the smarks have already decided they hate him he's gonna struggle to get really get over. The New Day sucks chants also bother me. I don't care for Woods, but I loves me some Kofi and Big E and I hate that they can't get over.

QUOTE (SoxPride18 @ Mar 31, 2015 -> 10:27 AM) RB Jacquizz Rodgers visiting Halas Hall today. Could be a solid 3rd down back as far as pass blocking goes and his ability to catch the ball out of the backfield goes. -
Allow me to bump this with a simplified question....Would it be harassment to call her work and politely ask her to call her insurance agent? A friend of mine, who works for All State suggested I sue her, but again, money is tight. Do pro bonos still exist?

A lot of the OTs are being billed as RTs though from what I've read. Andrus Peat sounds like the best bet at LT, then there's TJ Clemmings who looks like more of a project than a plug and play LT. It def seems like the Bears best bet would be to move Long outside and grabbing a guard in the 2-4 round. -

QUOTE (bmags @ Mar 26, 2015 -> 03:07 PM) I like the idea of schirff. He's interesting, because I hear more talk about him as a RT or a guard than a LT. From the looks of it, I don't see why he can't play LT, but it's just kinda odd seeing these guys projecting him as a RT/G. I really wonder if they might try Long at LT. I don't know what to think about moving a 2x pro bowl guard off the spot he's dominated though. -

QUOTE (Y2JImmy0 @ Mar 25, 2015 -> 05:58 PM) OT would not surprise me either. Could get a starter at 39. After reading this tweet I'd have to agree.... LorinCox @CoxSports1 Only Jordan Mills and Matt Kalil have allowed more sacks, QB hits, and QB pressures combined than Jermon Bushrod over the last two seasons So as far as pressure goes, if you wanna buy into that tweet, the Bears have 2 of the 3 worst OTs in football. WR depth is really deep this draft, and with AJ, Royal, Bennett, and Forte I'd prefer they'd wait a bit on a WR. I'm also not ready to give up on Wilson either. Maybe just grab one in the 4th to compete with him. -
Debated about putting this in the catch all, but it's legalish I suppose... A little under 2 months ago I was in a car accident, me and the lady both have insurance. She was at fault. I have an older car, the blue book value is only 1,200, the estimated damage on the vehicle is over 1,700, thus the car would be considered "Totaled" from an insurance standpoint, My car also has failed emissions due to a missing cylinder which is causing the egr sensor to not show up in emissions. So I've gotten 2 temporary 30 day plates because why fix the problem if the car is gonna be totaled eventually right? Well Indiana only allows 2 30 day temps, and my 2nd one expires in 2 weeks. I've contacted my insurance company weekly and they're STILL waiting to hear from the person who is at fault. Is there anything I can do? A quick google search of the ladies name tells me she's an insurance agent in Chicago and gives me the number of her work. Would it be wrong/illegal to POLITELY call her work and ask her to call her insurance company? I really don't have the money to fix a car that more than likely will be totaled as soon as they get a hold of her. The money I do have is gonna have to go on top of the 1200 or whatever I get from the insurance company to get a new car.

QUOTE (thxfrthmmrs @ Mar 24, 2015 -> 08:20 PM) Kinda wish that they keep it a secret till Sunday after Brock kicks Reigns' ass and grab the mic to announce that I'm staying with WWE b****es. Imagine the pop he will get for that. Or they let the suspense build post mania "Not knowing whether the champ is gone or not". Maybe even let it go on for a few weeks, culminating in some sort of match to determine the new champ then outcomes Brock and destroys whoever is out there. Glad Brock is there to stay, but with him around where does that leave Rollins with the briefcase? I'm sure he'll probably cash in and lose which kinda blows. Was really hoping to see a Rollins title run soon. -

QUOTE (GoSox05 @ Mar 24, 2015 -> 10:09 AM) Jarvis Jenkins is terrible and Ray McDonald is aging with a history of domestic violence and possibly rape. I don't understand those two signings at all. If they really see Houston as an OLB then right now they'd only have Ratliff, Ego, and Sutton as the only DLinemen on the roster. For depth purposes, it makes all the sense in the world. -

Wow...Rey Mysterio killed a man in the ring. http://wwfoldschool.com/breaking-rey-myste...lls-a-wrestler/ Scary stuff on what looked to be a routine dropkick. -
What a wild story that game was. So many unique story lines. GA State head coach with the ACL, his son making that shot, Scott Drew being the opposing coach with his brother making a similar shot and his dad being the coach...Fun stuff.

If you have 25 minutes, give this a watch, it's fantastic. Cabana posted it and described it as "An "LA" look at pro wrestling by @UpToMyKnees. Very well done w/ crazy cameos" -
Dan Hayes must have been reading my old cherry picking posts.... Dan Hayes @CSNHayes 19m19 minutes ago @juicenewt068 @AaronLemingNFL Depends what version of him it is. He had a 3.06 ERA in 2/3 of his starts last year. Other 11 were disasters.

I think the author is looking too much into the "journeymen" statement. Yes "Journeymen" in other sports isn't the best tag to throw on someone, but the path from the indy circuit to the WWE really is a journey. Rollins started out as a yarder in Iowa, then went on to sitting in the crowds of IWA shows in Highland, IN, then onto getting a tryout for IWA, then the rest is history. You take a journey from wrestling in front of 50 some odd fans to progressively working for bigger companies. I have no problem with him calling them journeymen, and I'm sure they have no problem with the statement either. -

Sooo I saw 68 year old Bushwhacker Luke with no pants on today....yup. Oh and he wrestled, and was actually still pretty darn entertaining. It really is amazing what a crowd can do to a show. Worked the same promotion in Feb, drew like 30 people and the show sucked. Today we drew over 200 and the show was pretty f***in solid. -

QUOTE (SAVVY18 @ Mar 12, 2015 -> 09:43 AM) Hopefully Brock stays and keeps the title. If not, let Reigns win it and have Seth cash in on him right away and take the Strap for a nice long run. They can have J&J jump in to save him in the title matches and generate even more heel heat. Have Reigns and Randy chase it for a while, then DB, then Zig, etc. Even Cena can jump in since it would be a heel having the belt. Then if Reigns is ready in a year, give it to him at WM to avenge the loss this year. If not, then call an audible as it gets nearer. Seth has totally earned it. He's phenomenal. My last option is to have Reigns win it with help from Heyman and turn him heel with Paul as his mouthpiece. You can still have the Heel champ with the faces chasing for a while. Then he doesn't have to talk and Paul can guide him. Then down the road, have Seth cash in and win, then Reigns take it back at the next PPV after the cash in or on Raw the next night. That's what I'm reallllly hoping for but doubt.....I can't remember, did Heyman show any signs of turning on Heyman before it happened? I truly do enjoy Reigns in the ring, and if you watch some of his matches from NXT, you'll see he does have some talent beyond what we've seen. On the mic though, yes, he is dreadful most of the time. Pairing him with Paul would be fantastic. -

I think Allen COULD fit in some packages. Here's a picture of one of the looks Fangio had last year. That's Aldon Smith lined up outside the tackle with his hand in the dirt. Something like that I can still see Allen being alright in. As far as lining up as a 3-4 DE, I don't see, even if he beefs up. He's weak, and has only really thrived at playing in space and winning with speed/length/technique. When lined up inside, when they run a more traditional 3-4 package, I think your 3-4 ends have to win with power for the most part. Powerful is one thing Allen isn't. Fun little fact about Allen I just saw. At the combine he only did 13 reps. That number was worse than everyone but a handful of secondary guys and 2 TEs. -

QUOTE (LittleHurt05 @ Mar 12, 2015 -> 01:24 PM) It would all be great, if they didn't increase their QB salary by $10 million without actually upgrading the talent at the position. Well ya, there is that part of the Eagles, but I'd say giving McCoy for Murray and Alonso +1M is a win from that standpoint. -

Murray to the Eagles. Makes the McCoy trade look a lot better now. Both Murray and Alonso are making less combined than McCoy. Josh Norris retweeting old tweets from Eagles fans is fantastic. -

QUOTE (scs787 @ Mar 12, 2015 -> 12:07 PM) Aaron Leming @AaronLemingNFL 19m19 minutes ago McPhee with a $6.5M cap hit & Rolle with a $5M cap hit, leaves them at around $15.5M after draft class & season expenses. w/o Royal #Bears Still a good chunk of change to add a guy like Parker, Foster, and still be in the hunt for a DT/CB which I view as the biggest needs. Royals contract was fairly big, and I didn't take it into account(despite it clearly saying w/o Royal).....Looking like 10M left after money needed for the draft. I'm guessing they snag Foster and Parker then the rest will be vet min type depth players. Going into the draft really needing a piece for the line and another CB. Somethin like Shelton/PJ Williams or Waynes/Carl Davis would be nice in the draft. -
