QUOTE (Brian @ Feb 13, 2015 -> 09:13 PM) If you have AXS TV, they're about to show a Balor match from NJPW. Look at Brian getting his scs on.....There's a reason why I talk about these guys, and now everyone is seeing why. -

QUOTE (SoxAce @ Feb 15, 2015 -> 02:08 AM) Ditto. They're pretty much saving the dunk contest. A damn shame some of these guys don't look up some players on YouTube doing dunks. Some guys are spectacular. (Jonathan Clark before he destroyed his knee was amazing) Oh my goodness, had to look him up... Insane indeed. -
Diggin this up because I need some help. Last week I fixed my O2 sensor in an effort to pass emissions. Now I've failed emissions twice due to monitors not being ready (namely the EGR and catalyst). Emissions place told me I simply needed to drive it in town and on the highway for 3-5 days. Did that and still failed. Them a mechanic gave me an ODB drive cycle, where I have to do a cold start, excel up to 55(on the nose) for 3 minutes, then decelerate to 20 without braking, then back up to 60(again on the nose) for 5 minutes....I'm finding this to be a pain in the ass because my cars cruise control blows. I'll set it 55/60 but it wont stay there the whole time.......Anyone know if theres some sort of way around this? I've tried completing this cycle a few times to no avail and it's really starting to piss me off.

QUOTE (Brian @ Feb 7, 2015 -> 02:51 PM) I think Balor's entrance would look great at ATT Stadium next year. Ha. Future has to start at some point right. Trips has kinda been hyping these guys for awhile now. If the hype matches how theyre booked then the future should be pretty bright. -

QUOTE (Brian @ Feb 7, 2015 -> 08:12 AM) If you can get past Nevilles boring guest commentary, Itami vs Balor was excellent on nxt. Balor gave Hideo a running drop kick that Itami sold like death. Absolutely, the NXT PPV is gonna be so solid with Balor/Neville and Owens/Zayn.... Hoping we get an NXT preview match on Raw again, perhaps Balor and Zayn vs Neville and Owens. On a side note I've worked out a pretty solid gimmick for when I start rastlin. Big A Sweets, gonna come out and throw some candy to the crowd (instant crowd love) then I'm gonna go all Marshawn Lynch on everyone and have some skittles in the corner that are gonna "hulk me up". Its somethin fresh and should get over in front of smaller crowds. Waiting on my tax return to come in to start training (Assuming I pass a physical, havent been to a doctor in almost 10 years so Im pretty scared about that) -

QUOTE (Buehrle>Wood @ Feb 4, 2015 -> 09:56 PM) Cage is really really good in Lucha. He's like a much better version of Ryback. With his physique, surprised he isn't in WWE yet. Fun main event with him and Johnny Morrison tonight, even without a lucha in it. Really pumped to see Mysterio soon and see how they book him. Del Rio too. Maybe he'll go back to the mask. Edit: Ah, Del Rio with a promo to end the show and looks like he'll debut on next week's episode. Awesome. Cage was actually signed by WWE years ago but was released for whatever reason. But ya dude is a stud and another guy WWE dropped the ball on. Alberto El Patron has been doing some thangs on the Indy circuit. Hearing his match with Roderick Strong in RoH was one of the better matches this year. Anyone know where to watch lucha underground online? -

Im gonna take a guess and say they split the roster again, 2 titles, draft, all that jazz. I dont think adding Bryan/Ambrose to the main event really "Shakes the foundation of the WWE" or whatever H said. -

QUOTE (SoxPride18 @ Feb 1, 2015 -> 05:32 PM) I don't know. He struggled picking up that pip squeak. You talking about the exploder or the vertical suplex? On the vertical it would that the pip squeak didn't play it well and kept his body folded when he was supposed to get stiff. -

QUOTE (Brian @ Feb 1, 2015 -> 02:55 PM) I've gone to a few like Blitz because my buddy wrestles and I was supporting him, but those small shows are sort of embarrassing to be at. 75% of the crowd are relatives and friends of the wrestlers so they are not really putting a show on for anyone but a handful of kids. Very embarrassing, particularly this promotiin yesterday. I mean the venue was the size of a 2 car garage. This wasn't yesterdays show, but it was the same venue..look at this place. I will say that that Russ Jones fellow was pretty impressive and I could see him rising up the ranks so to speak. Probably not WWE or anything like that but he wont be wrestling in front of 40 people for long. That match doesnt do him justice either. We had some no shows so they had him stretch out his match and it was solid.....He's very Kevin Owens-esque in that he's pretty agile for a big guy. -

Just got back from announcing at a s***ty little local show...er may gerd soooo poorly put together. The sound guy left me hang in around in awkward silence way to many times for a 6 match show. One guy didn't even get music. Oh...and there was like 30 people there tops. Pretty cool though nevertheless....next mission....actually raslin. -
QUOTE (LDF @ Jan 28, 2015 -> 04:50 PM) i will discuss the bolded. my beef about a startng sp of front end quality is well worn out. the sox needs a pitcher, a pitcher who is better than Danks. someone who can be counted on in important games to be relied on if Sale gets hurt, or to spot start for Jeff S and Q. Rodon had not pitched 100 innings at a Major league level, how many innings are going to be trusted to him?? i will preach 1 thing i have always preach. do not depend on "what if" and "prospects" to produce as potential, not when the system is this thin and the ability to go far in the playoff. John Danks actually pitched pretty well in "Important games", and I'm classifying important as games against playoff teams. In 71.2 innings against playoff teams he had a 3.01 ERA. 4-0 against division winners and the Royals Danks was very Bulls like last year in that when he got lit up it was against really bad teams, and when he did well, it was against good teams. I know Danks supporters are few and far between here, but as a 4th starter, throwing out the money, I think he'll be more than good enough. That becomes even more true if/when Rodon comes up and Danks would then be the 5th best starter on the team.

QUOTE (SoxFan562004 @ Jan 29, 2015 -> 11:43 AM) What sites are reporting this? Wade Keller floated it as an idea on Stone Cold's podcast, but it was him brainstorming and making the conclusion you did about one of Reigns weak points being the mic. Couldn't even tell ya, I typically avoid "insider" sites because I wanna be surprised. I know my bro goes on pwi insider and cageside seats or something like that. The more I think about it I really hope its true. Makes a ton of sense if they wanna keep Paul around, which I hope they do. And it would make sense to do it with him and not Bryan or Ambrose. Ziggler with Heyman could have been intriguing but he's already over. -

Reports are Hey man might turn on Brock to align with Reigns...That makes a ton of sense to me. Reigns, while he has gotten better on the mic, still isn't that good on it. Brock is probably gonezo after Mania, and Heyman is awesome and needs to stay on TV so putting him with Reigns would be awesome. From there they could perhaps either continue to get Rock involved (by advising him to stay away from Paul) setting up Reigns vs Rock. Or perhaps Heyman goes after the authority looking for more power (which I have had a feeling might happen at some point) setting up Reigns vs Rollins. ......or it could flake out like Heyman with Ryback (wasn't THAT bad), Axel, or Cesaro. Done right I could really get behind this. Kinda hate that my bro told me the rumor because it kinda spoils all the fun....and with that, because I'm an asshole like my bro, I hope I have ruined it for you. -

QUOTE (Y2JImmy0 @ Jan 27, 2015 -> 10:53 PM) I actually think tWhill run a lot of "50" front stuff in year 1. It's basically just an under front with a stand-up SLB as another pass rusher. I think that guy is acquired with the #7 pick in the draft. What can the Mizzu guys on the board tell us about Shane Ray? I read that it was Golden and not Ray that was getting the extra attention. Is this true? If so wouldn't it be fair to say that defenses thought Golden was the better player? His first step looks redonkulous but what happens when someone gets their hands on him. While we're at it tell us about Golden. If the Bears trade down he could be an option, or perhaps even in the 2nd should they go a different direction in the 1st.....Danny Shelton anyone? -

QUOTE (Dick Allen @ Jan 27, 2015 -> 04:13 PM) Time to move on from Briggs. I tend to agree, but if the staff sits down with him and thinks he can sort of rededicate himself he could still be a good piece to the puzzle. Again I only want him if the price is right. Give him an incentive laden deal with some sort of workout bonus ( I think that's a thing). -

QUOTE (SoxPride18 @ Jan 27, 2015 -> 03:13 PM) Christian Jones can absolutely thrive with this. I think putting Bostic in the middle of a 3-4 will help his development as well. Where do you see Jones at? At first I was thinking he'd be nice on the inside (he could be) but looking back at scouting reports there was talk of his as 3-4 OLB. Briggs has said with the new staff he'd like to return, what's everyones thoughts on that. I think he'd fit as an ILB, but only at the right price. -

QUOTE (SoxPride18 @ Jan 27, 2015 -> 02:38 PM) Marshawn Lynch is so annoying with the media. It's not funny anymore, just immature and unprofessional. Today at media day, he answered almost every question with "i'm just here so I won't get fined" Its just simply who he is. In other news Bears have named Clint Hurt the OLB coach. Pretty much confirms they'll run a 3-4 IMO. Fox didn't have one in Denver running the 4-3. -

I wonder if Brock has something to do with the booking. Brock has been built up as unstoppable. I can see him refusing to lose to a guy like Bryan, Ziggler, or Ambrose.
