Gload
Not anymore Even though Pittsburgh is looking to go younger, Ross is pretty CHEAP payroll wise
-
Twins finally came to their senses
The Twins showed alot of patience with Lohse. As a Sox fan, I'm sorry to see him go
-
Padres "focused on Fields"
I say give the Padres Josh Fields the pitcher Linebrick for Josh Fields the 3rd baseman, BAD TRADE.
-
Cheers to Ross Gload
Ross can hit if given a chance. We saw that in 2004. Here's to Ross
-
7/28 Games
Sweeney got his average back up to .300 and Rogs' average is climbing after slumping
-
Pics of Josh Fields and Ryan Sweeney?
Here's a couple I took.

Next Starting Pitcher
I agree. Next starting pitcher should be Brandon. Next one from the farm (except for the occational spot start) will probably be in a couple of years and I'm guessing Lumsden

Minor League All-Star Game
I'd Rather watch a Minor League Game on TV, then Paintball Farnsworth closes it

Minor League All-Star Game
I was just on the Future's Board, and I couldn't believe nobody was watching I guess I was wrong Haeger 15 pitches 6 up - 6 down
-
Magglio Ordonez named All Star replacement
Ozzie had said he will determine who starts (Mags or Dye) depending on who starts for the National league. He said he will see who matches up better???? Seeing how they are both Right-handed batters, I wonder how he determines that???

2007 Knights
Speaking of Suspects, maybe Arnie Munoz will be given another chance at Charlotte next year
-
Congrats to six Charlotte Knights on IL All-Star Team
Fields, Phillips, Haeger, Young, Velandia, and Farnsworth Were is Sweeney, Tracey and Rogowski And you could of added Javey Lopez if he was still with Charlotte.

Minor League games
I've seen the Barons play the Western-Tennesse Jaxs (Cub AA) Saw Brian Anderson, Michael Morse and Arnie Munoz to just name a few. I've been to Toledo and Indianapolis a bunch of times (was going to go to Toledo tonight, but was screwed by my job ) to see the Knights. I've seen Brian Anderson, Ross Gload, Ryan Sweeney, Craig Wilson, Ian Snell, Ben Davis, Josh Fields, Chris Duffy to name a few. I've also been to several Gary Railcats where I saw Pete Rose jr.

6/27 Games
I follow the Knights through out the season, but I like reading about our other minor league teams too.

6/24 Games
QUOTE(SoxAce @ Jun 24, 2006 -> 09:11 PM) There's a real good chance we could see the MLB Sox and the AAA Sox win the championship this season. It would be pretty cool to see that. I could see Fields and Rogs holding this over their heads

Joe Crede's bright future v. Josh Fields, Ryan Sweeney
Josh now has 12 HRs, 44 RBIs and is now batting .329 I could see Josh in LF before I could see him at 2nd. He could probably play 1st also, but that's not needed either. I could see Josh or Ryan Sweeney replace Pods in LF next year. Ryan has been playing alot of CF lately (he's playing there tonight) and I've yet to see Josh play LF. I think if KW was thinking like us, we would have seen one or both in LF by now.

Knights won the 1st game 6-1 Complete game by Heath Phillips he's 10-2 with 1.76 ERA. Chris Stewart 2-3 with 2 HRs, 3 RBIs. Jorge Valandia 3-4 with a solo HR. In the 2nd game Knights are SPANKING the Tides 13-4 in the bottom of the 4th Josh Fields is 3-3 with a HR and 4 RBIs so far. Sweeney and Rivera also have hit HRs

Let's score 40 tonight

Official Ozzie/Mariotti Thread
Would it be Ok if I said it one more time Actually Ozzie said it best " He's s***, He's Garbage
-
Sean Tracey gets it now--
Lesson learned. I still thought Ozzie could have sent someone else out there to hit Blaylock instead of the Rookie. Maybe Jenks 100 mph fastball in the hip, now that would have really sent a message

VOTE THE KNIGHTS INTO THE IL-PCL ALL STAR GAME
QUOTE(BHAMBARONS @ Jun 20, 2006 -> 01:10 AM) How about Chris Young in Center for the PCL. I think the Game will feature a lot of Tucson/Charlotte players on it. I just voted and I did vote for Chris I also voted for Jared Weaver (he's back down)
