  1. I see Jeff Nelson pitched 2 scoreless innings for the win in Charlotte.
  2. Hopefully we remember how to hit Yo-hand's change-up
  3. When I found out Brandon was going to get Jose's next start I figured a righty was coming up to replace Haeger. I was thinking Montero or Jeff Farnsworth. Farnsworth is 31 (I know old ) he's 3-0 ERA 1.62 with 6 saves. I have no problem with either of them as a short-term solution.
  4. Randolph was doing pretty good until the 7th. I see Chad Bentz gets the start tomorrow.
  5. Rowand isn't afraid of no Damn wall :banghead I heard Frank Thomas left the game today with an undisclosed injury
  6. I can't believe Mark Pryor isn't on the list in the National League
  7. I believe they both caught him in the spring, but I'd rather have AJ in there for his hitting and his handling of the the pitches. I hope he brings his dancing shoes
  8. I saw him pitch in Toledo and he has Buehrle like moves to 1st. I believe he has a problem with a hamstring.
  9. There was a story at MILB.com about it too. I'm guessing the SCAB umps let the game get out of control
  10. Ryan is banged up. That could be the reason I don't think Brian is going down anytime soon. Uribe and Mackowiak are not hitting any better. Hopefully all 3 are going to break-out, soon.
  11. Both I went to Toledo last month and saw them and I'm going to Indianapolis in 2 weeks. I saw them twice last year in Indianapolis. I listen to them on the web when ever I'm on-line. I've also seen the Barons 2 years ago in Western Tennesse ( I was there the day before Sosa showed for his rehab ). I'm also a big fan of #44
  12. The Knights took 2 from Louisville tonight. They've won 11 in a row now Game 1: Heath Phillips pitched 6 scoreless in a 2-0 victory. Rogs a solo HR (3) Jeff Farnsworth got the save (6) Game 2: Stephen Randolph pitched 5 scoreless (ND), Javier Lopez got the win in a 2-1 victory. The tieing run in the 6th and the winning run in the 7th scored on wild pitches. Lopez and Velandia went 2-3. The Knights are now 23-6
  13. Joe's 5 for 10 now for the Marlins
  14. Last night his catcher, Rosa had 5 passed balls
  15. Joe Borchard went 3-5 for the Marlins last night
  16. I'm not going to get another Virus, am I???????????
  17. The Knights finish April 18-6 They had 22 hits today in a 14-8 victory over Buffalo. Ryan Sweeney went 3-5 with 4 runs scored. Josh Fields went 4-5 with 3 doubles and 5 RBIs. April Averages: Sweeney .298 Fields .315 Rogowski .311 Gonzalez .314 Velandia .333 Lopez .290 Owens .240
  18. The Knights are 17-6 after beating Buffalo 13-10 Phillips has Buehrle like moves to 1st. I saw him pick 2 runners off in Toledo opening weekend (he only got credit for 1 because the Scab Ump blew the call). It's nice to see Sweeney finally show that power he is supose to have
  19. My most memorable HR (games I was at) had to be Joe Crede's Walk-Off against Cleveland last September.
