These were the same people who already judged the last impeachment without hearing a thing. Now, all of a sudden, they need hearings. This is about 1 act. They have seen the video, the audio. I do get a kick out of the Republican who just spoke who said we need MORE investigation. Wasn't this the party that complained about investigations last time? One sad thing about this is all the National Guard that is now necessary in DC will be taking away from vaccine distribution. Elections matter a lot.

Why would people attack if Trump is impeached again? I thought the right was very peaceful. Certainly Antifa and BLM who were supposedly mascarating as Trump supporters and attacked the capital, won't be pissed off. When are these dopes going to get their story straight?

Apparently Trump said that after reading over the transcripts of what he said, "people" thought what he told his group of terrorists was totally appropriate. Said impeaching him again would only make people angry. The RNC Chairman, a relative of Mitt, says impeachment would only further divide and not unite and heal, like trying to throw out millions of legit votes does.

Impeachment will require 2/3 of the senators present. So a weasel like Ted Cruz has an out. He just doesn't show up.

I don't know. Normally, yes. But being on record looking the other way on inciting to insurrection is not exactly resume material. I think this one has a shot. These people have to make a decision. Is a movement where they are marching to the Capital chanting hang Mike Pence a movement you want to empower or kill? The answer is easy. Obviously, it isn't going to be unanimous , but except for the die hards, this is a possibility.

If hang Mike Pence was their rallying cry, the Republicans might want to think destroying this movement might be a better idea than placating it.

Trump was always about projection. RINO was one of his bigger ones. There is no one more RINO than him, at least was. Some have switched. But ironically the ones called RINOs are actually real republicans.
