Why did he come out this inning? He was at 98 pitches and struggling. What are they going to prove having him face a couple more hitters at most?

He didn't have a good outing, obviously, but 8 ks in 4 innings while sucking is still impressive. So his arm being shot really doesn't add up.

My mom died in 1999 and my dad is still around doing pretty well. He is a retired lawyer who did pretty well for himself. He did re-marry leaving some complication, but his estate is going to be evenly divided between me and my two siblings. We have already met with the lawyers. One told me the day after my dad goes,his money will be in our accounts. He is my dad's former assistant and a former IRS attorney. His house, his wife gets to live in as long as she likes, if she outlives him. But she is one day younger than my dad, and has a couple of physical issues. It isn't a ranch, her daughters don't really help her, it's a large house in a nice neighborhood and she would be responsible for the taxes, I couldn't imagine her staying long. And when that gets sold, it's a 3 way split as well. Everything is about as in order as can be. That said, I'm sure there will still be a couple of issues.

I'll be a bit worried about Eloy if this is going on in June and July. To expect anyone to thrive when they first get to the major leagues is foolish. It may even be tougher for guys with the pub Eloy gets. He just doesn't get fastballs seeing if they can hit it like lesser knowns get. He's treated as legit from the start. He'll adjust.

The problem with firing Coop is Hassler has already been appointed his replacement, and since he's already in house, a change in performance wouldn't appear to be likely.

I don't understand the scanners. If it's a sunny day, it takes those poor people about 15 attempts to get a phone ticket to click. I would like to see them use a thing like the CTA. Have all info on a phone and give a card to season ticketholders and let them scan themselves in with that.

Saturday was unique. I haven't seen the lower deck so crowded since they came up with the policy upper deckers had to sit in the upper deck. The concourse was full all the way around. They got surprised by the turnout which made their already slow concessions slower, and the bathroom lines longer. It must have been the decent day and sweatshirts. It was either last year or the year before, the second game of the home season featured a closed upper deck.

32k announced probably closer to 40kin the house. I think most of the people who got the freebies to a game in Aprilor May used it yesterday. The lowere concourse was packed all the way around the park.

I know this is going to sound kind of goofy but I was at the game today and lost my wallet in the parking lot. I got a call from the White Sox in the 9 th inning informing me they had it. Nothing missing. Thank you to the honest person who turned it in. With all the bad in the world it is good to know it is still mostly good. Especially at 35th and Shields.

Even when he was with the Cubs and they were praising him about lots of things, the one thing that was questioned was his bullpen usuage. If you are going to have 12 or 13 pitchers and currently have 4 starters, keeping him in as long as he did when he clearly was struggling was puzzling at best.

I am pretty sure every White Sox position player will have a 5 game stretch this year where they look awful. I an sure we know what Yolmer is and what he will be.
