Having Engel ph for you is rock bottom especially if you are a switch hitter

I think a guy trying to throw a ball 110 mph in the offseaon ultimately requiring tj surgery shouldn't be shocking to anyone.
-
If three seasons in with capital like Sale, Q, and Eaton to trade, the Sox are still losing 100 games, it is a big deal. It shows the guys in charge have no clue. This wasn't starting from scratch. They started on second base.

From Robert Kraft's place?
-
Just wait until Jon Jay comes back. Look out AL Central.
-
Yeah, I was hoping for 5 innings giving up 3 or 4 runs. Obviously much worse, but the guy needs to work off the rust.
-
I wonder how the Sox lost out on Trevor Rosenthal.

Someday Santana might pitch an inning for the White Sox where he doesn't allow a run.
-
I don't think Hahn and KW are quite hated like GarPax by their respected fanbases. As long as Moncada keeps it up, they will probably get a pass on a lot of bad. But thank God he's doing something.
-
He is Chris Davis without the contract.
-
Santana has barely pitched the last year and a half. I would have expected a rough outing today, and maybe a couple of more, but if he is still 2016 James Shields by his 4th or 5th start, it's time to get the waivers process moving.

Home run hitting contest today for the Rays.
-
If that was the case, unlike Gar who probably couldn't get another NBA job unless it was guarding the locker room door, Hahn has at least had other opportunities to pursue, which he passed. So if KW rules and he is just a yes man, he deserves all the criticism anyway.
-
Rick Hahn has been a GM for now his 7th season. His teams have finished at least 15 games out of first every season. For those of you who thought he was a baseball genius, the joke is on you.
-
Alonso might only be hitting .148, but he's great in the clubhouse. Has these guys really playing well.
-
I think one of the reasons the White Sox are a tanking team is the number of bad players they have signed. At this point, I don't care if it "makes sense" or not, I'd like them to acquire an actual good player.

Coop will fix em.
-
His option was already burned.

Many of the people there didn't pay for a ticket, although they probably spent plenty on concessions. And they were there for the hoodie, which I must say seemed pretty nice. Not the typical junk they give away that people will wait in line for hours to get.

April 8 - Rodon v. Snell 1:10 CT (mlbTV free game of day)

14 strikeouts no walks for White Sox hitters today. By no means should they expect better and make any staff changes. More of the same. I really think JR KW and RH collective biggest problem is not being able to admit they are ever wrong. It takes a Shiels/Tatis magnitude blunder for any concession of not being more baseball savvy than everyone else. -

So getting him up over 110 pitches saved the bullpen 2 outs. I don't see the payoff. -

You don't have your best pitcher who has had recent shoulder surgery take one for the team. Let Fulmer do that. -

Why did he come out this inning? He was at 98 pitches and struggling. What are they going to prove having him face a couple more hitters at most? -

He didn't have a good outing, obviously, but 8 ks in 4 innings while sucking is still impressive. So his arm being shot really doesn't add up. -
My mom died in 1999 and my dad is still around doing pretty well. He is a retired lawyer who did pretty well for himself. He did re-marry leaving some complication, but his estate is going to be evenly divided between me and my two siblings. We have already met with the lawyers. One told me the day after my dad goes, his money will be in our accounts. He is my dad's former assistant and a former IRS attorney. His house, his wife gets to live in as long as she likes, if she outlives him. But she is one day younger than my dad, and has a couple of physical issues. It isn't a ranch, her daughters don't really help her, it's a large house in a nice neighborhood and she would be responsible for the taxes, I couldn't imagine her staying long. And when that gets sold, it's a 3 way split as well. Everything is about as in order as can be. That said, I'm sure there will still be a couple of issues.
