Remember when the Sox refused to give Rodon a QO? That was awesome. Actually, it probably was the first sign the organization wasn’t committed to excellence. It was a 1 year contract and they were afraid. No team they claimed yo be more like, expect to win every year, operates like that.

As insignificant as sports radio has become in Chicago, that wouldn’t be good. The Sox eventually will need all the publicity they can get.

One thing that isn’t mentioned is that he’s 25. Older than Crochet. 6 months younger than the already given up on Andrew Vaughn. And he’s in AA.

I remember watching the Field of Dreams gane thinking this team was going to be fun for years. Little did I know it would all be over a little more than a month later.

When you are losing in the 7th inning and you let Maldonado bat, you aren’t trying to win anymore.

This team is bad in so many ways.
