I agree that reality TV pretty much sucks, but The Amazing Race is by far one of the best shows on TV. Nov. 16th is the beginning of the next season.

Who do the Sox trade in a deal for Kendall? I would assume they would still need to rid themselves of a heavy contract even if Pitt. pays for some of Kendall's contract. I would love to have Kendall. Get Omar too and that is a nice top of the order.

I should probably try and meet up with some of you soxtalkers for pre-game beers. I am pretty sure I have passed by when you guys tailgate over by gate 2, but I would never be able to recognize anyone. Mike has been trying to meet up with me for a beer for 2 seasons now.

I am working on a similar streak. Not sure how many in a row, but it has been since I was a kid and Dad would let me ditch school. I would even drive back from WIU to go to Opening day.

IceHouse is the ultimate I don't have a lot of money, I'm not old enough to buy beer so I better get a strong beer, beer. When i was 17 we would order pizza from a place that would also deliver beer for us, but only 12 packs at a time so we would order 3-4 pizzas every time. We would get Ice House because we new it had more alcohol in it.

I think it would turn into a popularity contest. I don't have a problem with keeping it how it is. I know a lot of people, my self included, don't have time to be on the boards enough to moderate.

I at least agree that Pa's term should end ASAP.

Honestly, I think any team that wins will develop some kind of chemistry. When you keep losing, people get in moods and start blaming and pointing fingers. Winning is the best way to develop good chemistry. Best way to win is to put players on the field capable of winning.

Thomas and Everett exercised their options today. The Sox exercised their option for Shingo next year, but did not for Sandy Alomar.
