I was thinking the same thing. If Gammons thinks he is going to the Dodgers then he most likely is signing with the Cub or the Giants. As for the Perez/Thomas trade, what do you think the Sox should be asking for? What kind of prospects etc.?

I couldn't agree more. I know starting pitching is a bit of a weakness, but trading either of these two guys for a mediocre pitcher is not the right thing to do.

Just reported that talks between the Sox and the Dodgers are back on. The deal would be Odalis Perez for either Konerko or Thomas.

I agree. I usually take that Friday off and have a party to kick off the season and then head out to the game. I will just take the Tuesday off of work and then have the party whenever the first weekend game is.

Yeah, I am starting to not like those Worst for Best leagues. Football got ridiculous. Even if you make the playoffs, which I was the last seed, there is no way the first or second place team doesn't win it. I think I scored around 40 points last week where the guy I play in the playoffs scored 180 or so.
