Just a quick question, who's worse, Juan Uribe or Craig Monroe?

I must say Fields HR and RBI production is pretty damn good. But his BB to K ratio is not. However, if he can improve on the BB to K ratio over the next couple of years, while keeping up this production, he can become a premier power hitter in the league. Dream scenario: We get the 1st pick in the draft, draft Pedro Alveras, and when Thome leaves Alveras is ready to come up and play 3B and Fields moves to DH (while also backing up 3B and 1B).

DL Podsednik and just call up Sweeney he can develop in the majors for 1 and 1/2 months instead of just 1.

Gartrell and Micah will probably be in Birmingham next season. Carter, Shelby, and Gomes (like previously stated) will probably be in W-S next season. I wonder why Jim Gallagher is still at G-F, he should be promoted to Kanny if you ask me.

Broadway has been making it real tough for me to have any faith in him being a quality-decent MLB pitcher lately. At least Sweeney is back to owning.

I usually tivo games when I won't be available to watch them, but I see no point in doing so anymore... how did Vazquez look? And I see Pods is injured again. If he goes to the DL, Sweeney would probably get the call, right? Unless of course there is some super utility man we have tearing up charlotte.
