  1. Invest in drafting and player development? What is the team's total expense? And how does it compare?
  2. Great night to be a Sox fan. I hope most of the board is watching and just haven't figured out we're open for be posting.
  3. At this point I just want to watch Cease pitch.
  4. Then you should love the current owner. Seventh highest payroll in baseball.
  5. @Kyyle23 set an old one up in case we couldn't open a new thread.
  6. Hallelujah we have Sox baseball in Texas.
  7. Well let's see what MLB TV is doing about this game. I'm expecting to be blacked out. .68 inches of rain has fallen in the last 15 minutes. My backyard is flooding so at least I have something to watch.
  8. Nothing really to add, just checking out the cool new features. Love that new forum smell.

  16. I had them in third in the prediction thread. Mostly because the division is that bad.
  17. And that really was my gut, not my brain. It was much easier to see how things would go right. In fact, since I was in Illinois right before the season started, I have several losing bets now on the Sox winning division, AL, and WS. I think it you are going to blame Hahn for a terrible roster then Tony gets some credit for being this competitive with all the injuries and no depth. If you agree that Hahn put out a capable roster, even with the inevitable injuries, then Tony takes the fall. Which is where I'm leaning. Although @Balta1701 brings up the good point that Hahn has put together a roster that could win the division, but given the time and budget, should be much better. White Sox baseball, finding new ways to disappoint fans for over 100 years™
  18. @mmmmmbeeer have you read the fire Hahn thread?
  19. So you think Hahn put together a good roster built to win and JR shouldn't sell?
