  1. If I am going fast food, I am at What-a-Burger or Jack-in-the-Box. Hands down better than BK or McDs.
  2. I guess the mainstream message is don't over turn existng laws. Looking at Roe v. Wade, if it is such a great fund raising tool for the GOP, no wonder they have never really battled to have it over turned.

    Man Cured of Aids

    There is more at the link, but he was tested and retested both, before and after.
  4. I can't remember ever seeing them on the menu here.

    Recipe for robbery..

    He would make a nice poster here. Polite, clean shaven, wears a baseball cap . . .

  7. QUOTE(Steff @ Nov 14, 2005 -> 09:25 AM) Hmm.. so don't put it out there that 2 teenagers have just murdered 2 innocent people in an effort to possibly catch them before they might kill again and prosecute them for the crime they have already committed..? Alrighty... But we have so many of these threads, and rarely a fun one, with kids that are good.

    The Turbo Tapper..

    I believe the point that Jim is making is that pouring a beer, especially a home brew, should be savoired, and the person pouring should take the time and effort to learn to pour the perfect beer, instead of relying on technology.
  9. QUOTE(RockRaines @ Nov 14, 2005 -> 09:20 AM) Deep frying the turkey is the only way to go. Last year I cajun-rubbed it, this year im going to just fill it up with injections of broth and marinade then deep fry that puppy. Its the only way to go. ^^^^^^
  10. tens of millions of teens follow their parents rules, come home on time, don't date at 14 guys who are 18, yet they never make the news. :headshake How about the damn newspapers printing those stories once in a while, instead of this crap?
  11. QUOTE(Heads22 @ Nov 14, 2005 -> 08:38 AM) So, you're saying you pack up a baby every year? Just for s***s and giggles?
  12. I will probably have to DeLay my plans. I was planning on being out in the Bush backpacking up in Texas Hill Country, taking advantage of the cool weather.
  13. We need to get back to miles of smiles
  14. QUOTE(sox4lifeinPA @ Nov 13, 2005 -> 05:06 PM) I can't respond to this post because it's in the past.... There is a certain bit of irony in that.
  15. Anyone do much dehydrating? One of my favorite backpacking items is to at home dehydrate the applesauce (actually almost any fruit sauce) then rehydrate with some hot water at breakfast, leave it in a nalgene™ bottle wrapped up in a koozie, and enjoy a warm treat around lunch time. For those that do not do much backpacking, when you are carrying everything you will need,. weight becomes an issue. So dehydrating food removes a substantial amount of water weight.
