  1. I thought he continued it in a humorus manner. I didn't have a problem with Dempster. I wish Ozzie hadn't stated he would support cheating. The team is having a great season and listening to other fans claim we are cheating and pulling up Ozzie's quote would suck.
  2. I never would have guessed that. I guess Frank has spent so much time as a starter, he hasn't had many pitch hit appearances.
  3. Too bad we don't have quick capital punishment laws. It would have been interesting to dig him up and revive him.
  4. 10-0 using free downloads. I guess downloads aren't hurting the music industry

QUOTE(southsider2k5 @ Jun 18, 2005 -> 12:29 PM) Its either Paul or a house downpayment... Now you know how I voted, but lets just say I got vetoed Enjoy the concert, plenty of kids have grown up nicely in apartments. But kids without a solid musical base, well let's just say it probably doesn't work. BTW, Magical Mystery Tour just appeared in #1 son's musical library. Watching him spend his own money makes the purchase even better. He even grabbed some stuff that Hammerhead sent and was checking that out.
  6. SNL Transcripts I love the information highway, thank you Mr. Gore.

QUOTE(LowerCaseRepublican @ Jun 18, 2005 -> 11:46 AM) I got a free ticket and a free ride to the Toby Keith concert tonight at Tweeter. That has got to be a party +1
  9. Let's be careful and not violate any Soxtalk rules by promoting any piracy methods.
  10. They are nastly little creatures. I know a few beekeepers who have to take extraordinary steps to guard against their hives bee-ing (sorry) cross bred.
  11. Nice to hear an elected official actually being proactive and helping their citizens. While I'm not a huge Senator Clinton fan, I have been impressed by her willingness to work. I remember early on she received praise from both sides of the aisle for her attitude.
  12. We've been pegging the 100 degree mark. I love the oven like temperatures.

  19. QUOTE(Heads22 @ Jun 17, 2005 -> 05:14 PM) Don't devote any time to Rome. Every day he does a show, he seems to set a new standard for douchebaggery. My favorite new word. Thanks Heads
  20. Maybe Scottie can teach the young guys where to hide their guns
  21. I think this decade is going to be viewed as the second most changed filled in us old guys lifetimes. The 60's and the 00's are filled with events that will ripple for decades to come. It would be overly optimistic to believe that as a society and our leaders have made nothing but correct, or nothing but incorrect decisions. I believe we should all accept that some mistakes will be made, and hopefully we will learn from them. Likewise, what looks like mistakes today may turn out correct. As long as we stay vigilant, protect the American ideals, value our freedoms, we will be ok.
