  1. All bugmenot has done is created a user name and password sharing program. The equivelent is me telling you my log in at LA Times is Wickermonkey and my password is whitesox Someone has to create an account and share it with everyone. If you have to give a credit card to subscribe, most people will not share it. There are boards to go that post user name and passwords for various sites. Bugmenot was the first to automate the process.
  2. Someone is gay on Will and Grace??
  3. bugmenot will almost always work on free websites, but not pay per view. I use it for several newspaper sites like the Cubune which I gave up trying to register. I first eard of it on a Tech TV show. I find it ironic I use it there to log into their site. Hmm, I wonder if it works here?

Not what about the criminal, what about the convicted that were later proved to be innocent? The one principle that has allowed out system of justice to be the best the world has ever seen, is our willingness to allow 9 guilty men to go free to prevent an innocent man to be convicted. We place a hgh burden of proof on the state and federal government to convict and we all can sleep easier tonight knowing that is true. Saddam had a much swifter justice system, want to trade?? Until the time that we can bring someone back to life, we must be 10 times 100% certain of the person's guilt. Just one comment for those that think the death penalty is a deterrent. How many gang murders have occurred in Chicago this year? Each gang member knows they could be killed at almost any moment. Do you think they worry for a moment that the state might execute them?
  5. And coke doesn't tell you how they are better than Pepsi or Miller vs. Budweiser. Apply the same advertising standards as you would a resort, or restaurant.

I enjoyed a nice breakfast taco of refried beans, eggs, american cheese, bacon and washed it down with a nice carton of egg nog on my way to Mexico this morning. Heart Healthy
  7. Let's remember it was not against the rules of baseball at the time.
  8. He wouldn't let me :-) I don't even know if I have any old 5 1/4 floppies laying around.
  9. Currently the system has an AMD Athlon 2700+, 1 gig of ram, a SoundBlaster card, DVD burner, CD Burner, old fashioned floppy drive (I wanted to add a 5 1/4 for laughs) The video card will be the final step for a few days, maybe even months. One thing I thought of is he does not have cable TV in his room. To take full advantage of this card, he would need a direct cable feed, not from the network.
  10. #1 son and I are building a gaming, home entertainment PC. I am looking at this video board and wondering what they mean by able to share the features on a network. Anyone have any experience with this all-in-wonder card? Newegg link

  12. Washington Post Link I am all for sex education that includes abstinence, but all the info needs to be factual.

Yeah, like digging into Dad's bookmarks BTW, he talks about the main site he visits all the time and thought he was cool when he crossed 500 posts. He really understood the point that post counts don't matter when he saw my total

The only problem with random play is pacing during the dance portion. A good DJ will feel the room and can get a dance floor and party going. Of course that is one in a few dozen DJs. You may think about at the minimum organizing the dance music, looking at tempo more than musical genres.

I was a wedding DJ at a bowling alley banquet hall in Round Lake. What could be sadder Get a copy of his available music, ask for an equipment list, talk with the banquet hall, and make certain the DJ understands you do not want a show, you just want some tunes played. But what you really need is Here
  18. Yankees or a team that hasn't won a post season series in decades and decades? Logically if I was a HoF pitcher, which one would I take? Plus look at the questions surrounding the Sox. Will Maggs and Frank be around? Who is playing short? Will Takatsu pitch strong for a full season and be a stud closer? Who will be catching? Absent a suitable offer from a top 5 or 6 team, maybe. But until then, he's going to talk to the big guys.
  19. Recruiting may be a problem this off season no matter who they bring in. If you've developed a relationship with a recruiter and now he's been fired, it's way to easy to dismiss that school and take a different choice. Especially in this case where almost any ND recruit would have his choice of dozens of other top schools. Imagine being able to turn down ND and sign with USC, Oklahoma, Florida, UI, OSU, etc. Not a dog in the bunch. Unless you were looking for that Catholic education. Then I guess St. Norbert's would be your choice. They do have a nice hockey program.
  20. Thanks to the Onion
  21. He's got one maybe two years left to win another WS ring. I'll bet he has a short list of teams he would be interested in and you can start with the playoff teams from last year, and drop the Twins. I will be mildly surprised if he winds up in the AL, but only if it isn't NY or Bos. I would probably also eliminate the fading Braves from the equation.
  22. He's going to be mentioned for about every head job this off season. The one stat I was reminded of that tempers my belief he should have had more time 13-15 after the 8-0 start when everything was new. After they got use to him and his systems and techniques 13-15?? I am starting to think they had enough reason to pull the plug, especially if Urban is locked and loaded for the job.

I was just snooping aorund my 15 year old's computer and saw some of his posts at a gaming site. I'm wondering what some of the HS and college people think about parents boundaries. He's an excellent student, Eagle Scout, and athlete and there are basically no behavior problems. Just want to keep it that way. BTW, he has a cool sig and avatar and in his sig are the lyrics And in the end The love you take Is equal to the love you make. I know I'm raising him right Abbey Road
