Halfway through this decade and they have close to 500 loses. 2020 was a shortened season. They could have a 1,000 loss decade. 800 seems reasonable and 900 achievable. Thank you Sox ownership and management.

I just read Zach Harper's column in the Athletic about a great way to run the NBA draft. The worst team from the year before picks the team whose draft spot they want for next season and they can't pick themselves. It seems like it would eliminate tanking as a draft tool. Unless two teams conspired to pick each other and both tank. The Wizards select in the first round the Nets as the team they want.
