With all the bad press the Sox have gotten in the past few years because of Ozzie and his family, Ozzie vs. Kw, etc., it's nice to see them making an effort to get back to being a class act franchise. Great to read about stuff like this.

Dissappointed by that news, but if that's truly his reason I can't be too mad since I went through a similar situation senior year of high school and it was rough on me as a son. I do wish he had thought of this beforehand, because it is a big hit on Beckman's image.
