I hope Koch realizes he sucked and that he should earn his spot back, and then continue to pitch well after he gets it back.

You are going to tell me that the intensity from the Cubs and Twins series was going to carry on to the Tampa Bay series? I don't think so. They just hit the biggest stretch of the year, up to this point, in the past 2 weeks. They realized that too. You are not going to be able to take that same kind of intensity into every series. That will wear on you and take a lot out of you in the end.

HEY dont see a button that says delete cookies..... Well I know another way....but it may not be the same on a Mac. So what kind of computer do you have?

Yeah, that'd be me. Jas, I'd gladly take that rootbeer. I'm not like Heads. I'd take anything. Also, just to let everyone know, in South Dakota, you can drive before 16. You can get your permit at age 14 and have it for 6 months, and then get your restricted license, meaning you can drive anywhere alone, but you have to be in by 8. I can now get my operator's license and drive at any time, which is nice. Also....Buehrle pitched on my Bday last year....and won. I think the same will happen this year too.

Thank you very much. It was about the 65th time someone said what you just said...but in this case, it doesn't matter how many times it is said. It just shows intelligence by saying it and realizing it. So once again, thank you.

WSC.....you are f***ed up....but I should add, corny and funny as hell Only you would do a little play-by-play on two people having sex...or was that going on to the field. Maybe we can know how it ended? Or is that a given?

one thing really nice about living in Michigan is not having to watch that s*** Also what happens when you live in SoDak.

What? That's gonna look stupid. I'd have done it in a rainbow style.

I f***ing hope not.

I didn't make excuses. What is this then?... Looks like an excuse to me. How about this one?... Are you denying the fact that the Cubs starting staff is incredibly good....among the best in the league....and that their bullpen is also pretty good? They have some good arms on that team. They have little offense though, and that killed them. And finally.... Is that not saying the same thing as "the Sox are always beaten by pitchers they haven't seen"? Pot, meet kettle
-
You know, right now, I kind of hope that the Rangers select Webster and Rupe. For starters, I do not want to lose Diaz. I think he could land a spot in our bullpen this year. Also, I want to keep Pacheco. I just have got to hear DJ say "Enemencio Pacheco", and I want to hear him say it while Pacheco is in a Sox uni.

Ok then....we'll just see who is right and who is wrong. We'll get to see by the All-Star break. Someone will be eating crow.

Wow, thanks for telling me, I wanted to know. :puke

If this team is not good enough, then can you explain to me how they went 9-3 against the Cubs and Twinkies? Yeah, that's what I thought.
-
Excuses? What are you talking about? We NEVER have been able to hit pitching we've never seen before.
-
Sorry, that's a no go. We had Sandy in the lineup in game 3 against the Twins, and we had Miguel in the lineup last night.
-
What weed have I been smoking? The weed soxfan420 left me, of course!
-
Killa, taking that bet would be very, very unwise. If I am remembering right, we have not had the same lineup two games in a row YET. We've had one very close at times....like it would be the same, except that Olivo would be playing instead of Alomar Jr, or Graffy would play SS and bat 2nd while Jimenez lead off playing 2B instead of Graffy playing 2B and leading off while Jose played SS and batted 2nd. If we get something that works, he should stick with it, except for getting Sandy in there every 3 or 4 games. I'd start out by trying Everett in the #2 spot.

If they sweep, it is a BIG reality check. The Sox will hopefully realize that they just got their asses handed to them by one of the worst teams in baseball.
-
You are unaware of the fact that our hitters flat out CAN'T hit guys they haven't seen before, aren't you? We have poor advanced scouting. If I could throw 93 with a decent breaking ball and a solid offspeed pitch(other then my breaking ball), I could shut down the White Sox the first time I saw them. After that, it would be a different story. Only Brian Daubach and Carl Everett had seen Jorge Sosa before this if I remember correctly. You wanna know why we sucked? I don't think I have to tell you anymore. Don't be such a little whiny ass b**** about this whole thing. Everyone at this level is a major leaguer, and on any given day, any team can beat any other team. We lost a series to the Tigers earlier this year, and just prior to that, we beat the Blue Jays in a series. Losing series to s***ty teams has happened before, and it will happen again. I assume the Twins lost tonight, and they could very well lose tomorrow. They would have then lost a 4 game series to the Indians. I'm not making fun of them because they lost to the Indians, but it's just a damn shame that they do lose to them. They(meaning teams like the Indians, Tigers, and DRays) are even more motivated to play hard and play well. They want to end the dreams of some very good teams, like the Twins and White Sox. I'm not saying it doesn't suck to lose to these guys. I'm just saying you have to realize that you ARE NOT GOING TO WIN THEM ALL. You will win some, and you will lose some. The Yankees got their asses owned up on by the DRays in the first game of a DH earlier this year. I don't see them complaining like you are right now. Hell, even the Blue Jays lost a series to the Tigers I think just last week, or maybe the week before. How many people cocked the s*** out of them because of that? The season is FAR from over, and I actually feel that we as a team are just getting started. If we add another pitcher to the pen. I don't know if you noticed, but we remain 4.5 out because we were fortunate enough to have Detroit and Cleveland both beat Kansas City and Minnesota respectively. There are still like 75-80 games left....which is plenty of time. Just CHILL THE f*** OUT. Sheesh

Here, I'll make one prediction. The Sox will win more games then they lose
