actually I thought one...how about lowest IP per appearance? Kelly Wunsch has to be near the top of that list with his 2/3 (technically 0.686) of an inning average per appearance over 258 games in his entire career. Or Mike Myers...less than 2/3 of an inning per appearance (.613)
