I think if the Mets were willing to trade Wheeler for Ramirez, I'd have a really, really hard time turning it down. I understand the value of Ramirez and that he remains a fairly good player, but you cut $10 mill in salary and add like 5 years of control to the rotation.

For about a minute, I thought Veal was the truth. Then the command/control issues resurfaced and he was gone and never to be heard from again.

The D in the first half was just abysmal. It was like they had never seen a go route in their life. How do you only have a single high safety and then your corners play zone coverage in the flats. Those are high school mistakes. Seriously, Nelson couldn't have been more open on his two touchdowns.
