  1. Three runs the Sox have gifted not to mention the umpiring with Vladdy.
  2. They willingly gave up Sanchez to focus on defense…ironically, Sanchez has been pretty decent defensively for the Twins.
  3. But then no Cueto to provide insurance for Lynn and Keuchel and VV. And that wouldn’t be a 4 game swing. Maybe 2? With our RS/RA we should be closer to 10 games under .500 in reality.
  4. Burger needs to be a lot more selective in those situations. Gets way too impatient and gets himself out. Looks like one more inning from Lynn at 85 pitches now.
  5. Farmer would have talked about the Notre Dame teammates Phelps and Pollock for at least 15-20 minutes…
  6. If he can actually stay healthy for 2-3 weeks. Last year, second half, didn’t exactly set the world on fire.
  7. Rookie Oneil Cruz 6’5” SS consensus Top Ten MiLB prospect terrorizing the Cubs…for all the fantasy owners out there. White Sox up to 21st in runs scored…big jump up the last 2-3 weeks.
  8. Took the Chicago summer heat and humidity to kick in…
  9. Burger has that no problem.
  10. The fielding and lack of name recognition from fading in his rookie year will hurt…might not happen this year. Likely goes to TA7.
  11. Two runs they’ve given up from Burger and TA7. Hopefully don’t come back to bite them. Last homers for Robert May 19th and May 30th for AV. 392 away vs 211 at home BA splits for Vaughn. Crazy.
  12. As long as the Sox are winning or it’s a blowout by the opponent…
  13. We dumped him a long time ago. Only good for K’s and an occasional W.
  14. How long is he going to be on? Longer than one inning?
  15. I guess concentrating on hitting the ball to center and RF is finally paying off…too much talent not to go on a power tear at some point. 22nd meeting all time between Berrios and Sox. 17 of 21 previous starts, three ER or fewer.
  16. Berrios and Giolito are pitching with roughly the same amount of effectiveness…minus the $100+ million contract for Lucas.
  17. That sounds too much like comic Anderson.
  18. Robert extends to an eleven game hit streak. Don’t stop scoring now, boys!
  19. Hopefully not the work computer. One of the saddest things I ever saw was an old shop teacher caught for porn at work…they took him away and he thought holding onto the monitor and not “hard” drive would save him.
  20. Sure, if averages were consistent the first 5-7 years of a career compared to the last 2-3 in mid 30’s, with part of that average being speed-driven.
  21. Well, that would be just like the Sox to win the nickname war…we just need to move to Charlotte and draft 75% ACC/SEC players.
  22. There will be a lot more homers tonight to come…
  23. They’d have to be the uncomfortable non-stretchy fabric of the 1983 throwbacks… It’s okay, we will just draft Joyce from UT to replace him. Who will then proceed into TJ line.
  24. The difference is on the positional change from SS. And who would actually replace Anderson? They were never going to spend on Correa, Seager, Semien, Story or Baez. A certain SD shortstop had the same defensive problems last year, but his move to the outfield was more about preserving his health/shoulder.
