20 rbi's for Vargas...team leader.
-
oh okay onlyradio a Gameday strike zone and Cubs' radio
-
Quero pushing strikes into balls…that was they key hitter, #3 in the inning. There’s the game again in all likelihood. Early knockouts. 38 rbi’s for Crow-Armstrong. Burke not great at holding runners, either.

Good start...but so was yesterday until the fake takeout at second. Just hope we get good Burke.

Yes, but it's also fair to look at what could have happened...he's not exactly lighting the world on fire just yet. -

2025 MLB season...catch-all for non-Sox, non AL-Central

Mark Cuban is best known for turning around the fortunes of the Dallas Mavericks from worst to first, after he bought the team in 2000. After selling his majority stake in 2023 to Miriam Adelson, Cuban announced Thursday his return to a big play in the sports industry: a $750 million private equity fund looking at minority stakes in NBA, NFL and MLB franchises that may be undervalued. yahoo.com/sports -

https://www.msn.com/en-us/sports/mlb/white-sox-acquire-right-hander-miguel-castro-in-a-trade-with-the-astros/ar-AA1EUSdM?ocid=BingNewsSerp Here. Castro's contract was selected from Triple-A Charlotte following the trade. He got a one-year contract calling for a salary of $1.5 million while in the major leagues and $250,000 while in the minors. He can earn $400,000 in performance bonuses for games as a pitcher: $100,000 each for 30, 40, 50 and 60. Also...this. -

Blown in the 8th...then Bautista gave up the go ahead in the 9th to break a 3-3 tie. -
Knights blew a 6-0 lead. Lost 7-6. Slater 3/4 and Montgomery 1/4 with a K. Kelenic player of the game.
-
Thaiss until a day or two ago was second on the entire team in fWAR. Now only Smith and Vargas are ahead of him. And Teel has been just average at Charlotte where 900 ops numbers aren't uncommon.
-
Crochet has a 2.02 ERA right now... What? Crochet was also at 96-97 mph in his last inning.

They traded $500k. Will believe Castro and Gomez have any value when they're actually traded. -
You realize he actually lowered his ERA today...yes? And that he's Top Ten in all of MLB still? The White Sox had 4-5 errors/mental mistakes that made him throw an extra 15-20 pitches. The second inning never would have happened without Thaiss Vaughn and the outfield defense on the corners has been pretty lousy too. The conditions were also crazy with balls flying out in all directions.

Castro, 30, was acquired in a trade with the Houston Astros for $500,000 in international signing bonus pool allocation. He went 3-0 with five saves and a 2.29 ERA in 17 relief appearances with Triple-A Sugar Land this season. Dumb dumb dumb. https://www.msn.com/en-us/sports/mlb/white-sox-acquire-right-hander-miguel-castro-in-a-trade-with-the-astros/ar-AA1EUSdM?ocid=BingNewsSerp JR is happy to save some of the money wasted on Workman.

Would almost rather listen to Grifol paired with Eduardo Perez...Haha can't analyze anything but money.

Balt fans won't accept giving up on their season in mid May.... -
But who are their high leverage relievers? S.Wilson Leasure Booser Vasil??? What kinds of 1A options are those? But you burn them in a 4 run deficit game...you're more likely to have to go to even worse options like we watched today. The White Sox have been in so many close games that the four I listed are already close to overworked...
-
Palacios will be next but really needs to be Baldwin....with Tauchman/Slater returning for some reason.
-
Have to be Cards/Brewers fans again this year...hope someone can stop the Cubs.
-
Jon Adkins ERA Land

Palacios again? Or Baldwin?
