Why does Rios suck so much? Another misread. Would have been better off leaving him on the bench. But Santos put himself in this position by not getting a ball over the plate against Carrera.

Really don't recognize this team at all. Scoring runs to take the lead back from the 6th inning on??? What's up with that? Don't think the presence of DeAza and Flowers injecting new life is a coincidence with the new change in tone in terms of our offensive rhythm.

Nice advanced scouting on Santana, by the way. Totally played the wrong defensive alignment there or the score would still be 5-3. And we're babying Sale instead of actually trying to win the game. It's too late to conserve our best relievers at this point.

It's so easy to hate this White Sox team. Even though the score is still tied, it's clear the Indians play much better as a team than the Sox. We're just a collection of talent. That's it. A cohesive team we are not.

Can this team EVER get over the hump just ONCE this season? This is almost unbelieveable that they can't get back over .500 at least once the entire season after April.

Why is there a "Santana shift" when he couldn't pull Floyd's fastball? That would have been right to the second-baseman if they were positioned normally. Gavin continues his struggles in "clutch" situations when he really needs to come up with the big pitches to get out of an inning unscathed. To add further insult to injury, Brandon Allen has been on fire for the A's so far this season. Ohman, basically you suck when it's an important situation...

Crap. Not sure how much I'm willing to trust Ohman in this situation. Don't let him get his arms extended, Gavin.

Dunn still has a higher OPS than Morel and Rios. Nice play by Choo. 68 pitches for Jimenez through only 3 innings. 7-0 Tigers, you had a feeling that Verlander was going to win that one...18-5 now for the season.

7/9 K's...incredible run for Gavin to start this game. But no let-up's in the middle innings tonight, hopefully.
