Amaya needs to go.

Burke era now at 5.23. Fun while it lasted. Detroit and Cleveland are both pissed with their poor starts. Five way tie for first place in the Central at 2-4 lol.

Twins' announcers were going on and on about how all they heard about last year was Colson Montgomery around the Sox media people.

There goes Fabio from the next broadcaster search.

Or Jankowski. Either/or.

Every time you have an inning like the 6th against Minnesota yesterday...they just go off on this extended run against the Sox. So predictable.

He's fine as the last player on the roster of a contender as a defensive replacement and PR. That's it. Very occasional PHer for most favorable match ups.

Minus the $29 million pay off for just 1-2 weeks of play.

Somehow he will end up on the Dodgers Mets Yanks and just take off again. Plus, no trading in the AL Central...and nobody in the Sisters of the Poor Division can afford him anyway.

Based on 2000/2023?...we saw how well that worked with Cease, who had even more of a track record of at least answering the bell to take the field.

Unfortunately Getz can't be done with him...or should have just taken the best offer at the end of ST.

McGuire not on the Twins.

Damn the Mets for not resigning Bader lol. Well there's always the Knights/Barons/W-S.

Correa's first hit of the season.

Man, the NL West just gets tougher and tougher with the exception of Colorado... https://www.mlb.com/video/wandy-peralta-in-play-out-s-to-jhonkensy-noel?q=Jose Iglesias&cp=CMS_FIRST&qt=FREETEXT&p=0

Can't even hear the remaining "crowd" on the radio feed. Apparently upper deck closed. 3 1/2 hour delay.

Robert off to a disappointing start. Should be a very fast game at least.

Don't forget Correa...

Maybe don't speed up Buxton's bat with a slider... 1-0 Now we can start a new streak of starting pitchers giving up runs lol.

Schiffren has lost the benefit of the doubt with his repeated gaffes...just like when Dan Quayle misspelled potato, there's no way to now get back the good will of hardcore fans used to Benetti and Harrelson who loved both baseball AND the Sox.

Not a TJ Friedl fan? Have yourself a week, Jackson Merrill...

https://www.mlb.com/news/kristian-campbell-red-sox-contract Former fourth rounder turned Top Ten prospect Kristian Campbell signs an 8 year deal worth at least $60 million guaranteed with the Red Sox. Rich get richer...

Even modern managers go with these weird hunches. Unless there's some glaring reason to believe more balls will be hit to RF against Burke in this weather...

Taylor has the stronger arm but it's not a distinct advantage. It's not like their success against Lopez comes in more than just 3-5 career at bats. Maybe Taylor has lost a step or two athletically. But the lineup overall has been woeful against Lopez. Whereas nobody on the Twins has faced Burke.

Why acquire Taylor to replace Robert in CF when they could have had Jankowski for league minimum?
