  1. https://sports.yahoo.com/she-stay-she-numbers-behind-124500276.html?fr=sycsrp_catchall Caitlyn Clark…stay or go? NIL profits and media attention significantly more in NCAA? https://www.themirror.com/sport/basketball/caitlin-clark-iowa-tv-ratings-293962 https://sports.yahoo.com/iowa-caitlin-clark-takes-mindful-174355376.html
  2. A lot like Favre. Gunslinger mentality. He has a very strong arm...but let's not act like he has a 70-75 in baseball terms. Trying to make the impossible pass against his body through three defenders. That GB kicker's going to have a long long offseason of reflection...even with the terrible weather and ball not being all that well placed.
  3. Love holding his own but can't get just 6/21 possible points at SF. That said...Deebo Samuel injury makes this one more interesting.
  4. Not to be confused with Joe Valentine.. .
  5. How can you forget the goat of 1983? Plus Luis Robert/Roberts?
  6. Getting absolutely hammered now. Bring on the Bills/Chiefs. How did Geno Stone as a 7th round draft pick become a starter? Never saw him even making it onto an NFL roster. Guuess it's the same answer as Purdy. At any rate, need at least one decent game tonight.
  7. Is your goal for him to die in the booth? No way he would have the patience for this type of team...or for having to cheerlead Chris Getz.
  8. Many parallels with Madrigal...overhyped, obviously on a different scale.
  9. There goes Stroud again with that touch on the run. Texans have withstood first wave.
  10. Love how being a Top 30 prospect in terrible Sox systems sounds much better than the reality of this guy. Well I guess we do have their fifth and sixth starters entering 2023. MLB Network recently put out a 2B rankings with Ozzie Albies not included and Hoerner 10th...fwiw.
  11. Only 2.1 career fWAR behind Eloy. 5.3 to 3.2 Andrew Vaughn has somehow managed a cumulative -0.5 for his career.
  12. The only thing possibly more depressing is the Rockies seriously considering Jackie Bradley Jr. or Aaron Hicks for RF…left handed savages indeed.
  13. Exquisite or elite eating skills/proper table manners for extremely messy ballpark food…most important qualifications.
  14. In 1987 John Tumminia became a Major League Baseball Scout for the Chicago White Sox. John recommended countless Major League players during over 30 years with the White Sox, retiring in 2020. In 2001 the Chicago White Sox honored John with their Scout of the Year Award. In 2008, John was inducted into the Topps Professional Baseball Scouts Hall of Fame. In 2016, John established Baseball Miracles, a non-profit organization that introduces baseball to children around the globe. John traveled around the World with Baseball Miracles delivering the hopes of baseball and faith to children in need. John is survived by his wife of 48 years, Susan Tumminia, his two daughters Brooke and Tyler, his son-in-law Ben Cherington, his magical grandchildren Adwen and Harper Cherington, and his siblings James and Linda Tumminia. https://www.recordonline.com/obituaries/pnys0370579 https://www.mlb.com/news/white-sox-scout-john-tumminia-sets-up-clinics-c211884800
  15. https://chicago.suntimes.com/white-sox/2020/7/17/21328771/white-sox-to-let-go-of-special-assistant-top-scouts Not to mention these scouting cuts that JR blamed on supposedly $100,000,000+ million in losses from the pandemic in July 2020…
  16. Or everyone not affiliated with the Royals’ Way sees the writing on the wall…
  17. He would insufferable to listen to in a three to five year rebuild.
  18. Benintendi's not in the Benintendi market either. He would get the same offers as TA were he a FA coming off 2023. But point well taken. Get your money while the timing is right like Carlos Rodon. Look at how much Hendriks TA7 Eloy Moncada Kopech Giolito Grandal Lynn etc. have lost in value...
  19. Arguably the second best of the last 15-20 years after Rivera. Some will argue Kimbrel or Jansen but their last five years are way too erratic. Edwin Diaz doesn't have the same amount of dominant years piled up.
