The main point is they need a 3B for the next five years…it’s obviously not going to be Yoan Moncada. Any trade value is going to be mostly about simply offloading as much of his future salary as possible.

TA collided a couple of times with Gimenez that inning and seemed to be frustrated... rocketed a missile throw off one of the suite windows as the inning ended. Everyone was ducking. Selective hitting from earlier in the game now seems to have gone out the window...

Anderson just pegged a ball at one of the suites on the 3B line as the inning was wrapping up? Out of anger/pique or trying to throw towards or at a fan or suite? What???? Threw it really really hard to be accidental.

His first game back??? That seems foolhardy to put him under that much pressure. Guardians brosdcasters going after Javy Baez and Robert for not running out balls like their own Guardian base runners... (Just got quite fortunate anything hit to LF is getting knocked down by the wind...)

Actually, Howry and Foulke were solid contributors...Foulke led to Cotts. Also turned Howry into Frank Francisco, but that didn't work out as well unless you count FF's time in TX throwing chairs. They did succeed in dumping a bunch of salary with White Flag that later was spent from 2003-2005. (The biggest problem was Caruso and Barcelo never amounting to much.)
