I'm wondering how in the hell Jason did a Top 50 prospect list a few years ago.

QUOTE(NorthSideSox72 @ Jan 11, 2008 -> 01:30 PM) Damn. My Wassermann t-shirt has 62 on it. Egbert stole the number. Damn him. I was hoping Swish would get 22. Maybe Eggy can get it when he makes the team. That might be even greater.

QUOTE(Jimbo's Drinker @ Jan 11, 2008 -> 12:24 AM) You know the KU men's football team, bball team and women's bball team is like 37-4 combined. geez!!! ah the days of jackson "count dracula" vroman. I dunno, Chenowith has his Dracula-like qualities. At least we challenged you guys in Hilton last year. Hopefully we can do it again this year. The Jayhawks are still, by far, our biggest basketball rival. You guys probably don't see it the same way, but that's the game we look for each year.- Glenn Beck On Our National Debt
QUOTE(YASNY @ Jan 10, 2008 -> 10:57 PM) Ross Perot tried to tell us this 16 years ago, but nobody wanted to listen. Nobody, meaning candidates, wants to tell us this today because they know we don't want to listen. Our kids and grandkids will have to deal with this eventually, and they'll curse us for putting on the blinders and maintaining the status quo. It's the old folks' fault!!! DAMN YOU YASNY!!!!!!!!- Bodily Fluids and your Fellow Man
QUOTE(3E8 @ Jan 10, 2008 -> 11:04 PM) I'm gonna donate my hair to locks of love I'd do that too, but I would look like cheap white trash if I got my hair that long. QUOTE(Brian @ Jan 10, 2008 -> 11:16 PM) Not sure if the two people who voted for sperm were serious or not, but I just don't think I could mentally do that. I mean I can do that but not like THAT. Yeah, it's kinda like, yeah, I'll give it to you, but the thought of a bunch of little me's running around that I don't know about is a bit disconcerting.- Tigers not a lock for AL Central title
QUOTE(Gregory Pratt @ Jan 10, 2008 -> 10:51 PM) None of that is a lock and in fact I'd bet against all three of those being reached. Optimism is fine but saying we've added forty homerun guys and a thirty homerun guy is not something I'm willing to do. I agree with you for once. I could see 35 out of Fields and 30 out of Swish, with an additional 5 out of both if everything breaks right, but I've got a hard time thinking Quentin will give us much more than 20 unless all is right in the world.- Official 2007-08 College Basketball Thread
QUOTE(Jimbo's Drinker @ Jan 10, 2008 -> 11:06 PM) but dont worry illinois has a good recruiting class coming in in 2012, not that the big boys wont have better and more talented classes. I love my weber...bam I miss beating you guys....- 2007 Post ASB MLB Catch-All Thread

QUOTE(RockRaines @ Jan 9, 2008 -> 08:34 PM) I would like to take a poll of who would actually LIKE their team to be in three straight championships and lose, its not all its cracked up to be. Hi. Gene Chizik takes us to three straight championship games and he'll have a choice as to what the city of Ames will be renamed. Chizikville, Chizik City, or the ever popular Chizikfield.- 2007 Post ASB White Sox Catch-All Thread

QUOTE(Jimbo's Drinker @ Jan 9, 2008 -> 02:30 PM) good to see you back my right hand man. he had a minor groin pull, if it wasnt Loylola MD, he would have played. I cant wait to see Sasha v. Aleks Maric on saturday, Kaun always playsh is best versus him. I found out Sasha's real name is Alexander. Good thing he went with the much manlier Sasha....- Official College Football Thread
QUOTE(Jimbo's Drinker @ Jan 9, 2008 -> 02:31 PM) Im never one to go crazy over top rankings in college football, but good transfer. It is more on the coaching schemes in my opinion. Well Barney Cotton is the new OL coach at Nebraska, so that helps both of our teams. It's amazing just how much better McFarland is than Cotton. ISU had such a thrown together line this year, while having a couple all-Big 12 guys the year before.- Official College Football Thread
Iowa State reportedly will get a transfer from Florida RB Bo Williams...he was the #16 RB nationally coming out of high school. It makes for a decent backfield class for Chizik, between Williams, a 4 star who will have 3 years left, and Jeremiah Schwartz, the nation's #3 FB. http://rivals100.rivals.com/viewprospect.asp?pr_key=49336- New Hampshire Primary Thread

QUOTE(MurcieOne @ Jan 8, 2008 -> 08:58 PM) I was being snotty, Balta said it was over... but anyways. I consider myself independent and I'm just glad that they will at least need to keep the campaign to the issues and not the Obama "movement", even if only for a little while. If Barack Obama wins, and he would be a fine leader in my opinion, I'd like to at least know the people heard his stance on the issues, rather than focus solely on his "Rockstar good looks." Keeping things close will make all candidates re-focus on the campaign and not let anyone run away with the ticket. But we focus on your rockstar good looks...- New Hampshire Primary Thread
