also six solid innings by Tyler Danish.
Third straight decent game
6 IP, 3 H, 1 ER, 2 BB, 4 K.
Last 3 starts....18 IP, 13 H, 3 ER (1 each start), 4 BB, 14 K.

All three are pretty interchangeable from what I recall. Some rate Devers higher than Moncada - for example.
Eh....I highly doubt that.
MLB.com has Moncada as #2, Devers as #25 in their midseason update. (Benintendi is #7)
BA has Moncada as #1, Devers as #41 in their midseason update. (Benintendi is #9)

It's a nice return but I would have to push for Benintendi over Devers. Nothing against Devers of course.
I'm just trying to think if the White Sox were asking Moncada + Benintendi on Quintana, the Red Sox would probably say they would only give that up for Sale. So Devers might be an easier sell.

Make one of those +'s Benintendi and I really start to like the idea.
Edit: Keystone Light is good stuff.
I replied to his tweet with an offer of Moncada, Devers, and Kopech for Q.
Shields seems like a better option to trade in August if he keeps this up. Longer success streak, because some teams may just say "Well, it's only been 1 good month so far".

Rumors that Cubs might make another move soon, as Happ is not playing tonight. Maybe they are mystery team with Lucroy?
Happ for Rich Hill and Reddick?

Another nice outing for Nelson Acosta. 5 IP, 2 H, 1 ER, 0 BB, 3 K.
He now has 41 K to only 3 BB on the season in 40 IP. That'll work.

Urias is great, but how is trading a great pitcher today for a (potentially) great pitcher a year or two from now really improving this team and its many holes? Best case scenario if Urias is great is that you change from a cheaply-signed ace to a super-cheap arb-eligible ace. That doesn't really move the needle for this team.
It wasn't a 1 for 1 proposal...
QUOTE (OmarComing25 @ Jul 29, 2016 -> 01:23 PM)
So Cameron says a Benintendi/Devers/1 lower level guy (or Moncada/Kopech instead for the first two), Urias/Verdugo (or Bellinger instead of Verdugo)/2 lower level guys or Gallo/Brinson/Ortiz/1 lower level guy should be enough for the Sox to want to move Sale. If Sale was traded for any of those packages, would anyone here be happy with those trades?
I would be ok with that Dodgers trade. Urias is a phenom.

No wonder the Cubs settled for Chapman.
Yankees would have taken no less than Schwarber for Miller.
The Cubs gave up WAY more value for 2 1/2 months of Chapman than if they were to simply swap Schwarber for Miller.

Another one past slow twitch Jose any first follows by Eatin's 5th bobble of the week. What new?
No trades either. Stand pat. What new. They gone.
Is it August 2nd?
QUOTE (southsider2k5 @ Jul 28, 2016 -> 01:47 PM)
That doesn't really help the "lineup".
I'm sorry that it was confusing to you. "Position player" if that helps.
