Yeah, De Aza would be nice on this roster. Give Pierre a day off once in a while, and not lose much with De Aza. I think he would add more value than Andruw Jones, who could be let go. Whatever the case, it's time for Kenny to tighten the screws on the roster. Add Dunn, send Viciedo down (I guess when Teahen gets back), send Williams down (when Jenks is back), dump Linebrink (call up Torres or Hudson if they survive the Dunn trade).

It would really suck if they start the month 2-5, and end it 0-4. The 15-1 in the middle is great, but let's hope they get these next two games and finish the month 19-8. 17-10 would seem fairly pedestrian considering it's the interleague month.

I wouldn't even want Zambrano if he was having a good year. I sure as hell don't want him with that remaining contract, plus he's too volatile. I'd take Dan Hudson or Carlos Torres in the rotation before Zambrano any day.

When the Sox were 24-33, they had 30 games until the All-Star break, and you would have loved it if they went 20-10, to get to 44-43 at the break. Now they have 14 games until the break, and they BETTER NOT go 5-9 until the break to be 44-43. I'm greedy. Let's go 11-3 and have 50 wins and be in first place at the break.
