I'm bored as all hell waiting.

Im only 13 and it may sound wierd but I have gone on many diets! Im a tad overweight. (140 at 13 but Im 5'8) I did this diet where you HAVE to eat 2 eggs, 2 slices of bacon, and grapefruit juice for breakfast. And like you said, no sugar. You only do this Monday through Friday, Saturday and Sunday you can eat whatever you want. But in 1 week, you can lose almost 10 pounds. Hey, just don't starve yourself. I am 18 and I wrestle, so I deal with weight alot. Most people who go on diets starve themselves. When they eat, the portions are so big, that the weight they have lost comes back on. If you need to lose weight fast, just drink water and eat salads and fruits. It's all about if you are dedicated or not. I don't know why you'd need to lose weight for cross-country. Wouldn't you lose it through the course of the season.

I am glad that he is starting to finally have a touch with reality. He does one good point saying the Sox would not be as intimidating without Mags. I still think the guys a prick though.

I was there the other day. I personally think Wrigley Field is awful. To say it was refreshing to not see any advertisments, give me a break. Before the game, the PA would not shut up saying ads for all kinds of companies. The seats suck too. The arm rests are so small. No way two people could sit comfortable next to each other. The between inning tractor and i think the other was bus races sucked. There was two racers and number 1 won the first race and 2 won the second. The jumbo hotdogs for 3 bucks were better than the 2.50 hotdog. The best part about the game was the guy who was sitting next to me keeping score. He didn't know most of the players on the Cubs or D'Backs. He said hed been following baseball for 30 years, yet I had to explain what a double switch was to him several times during the ninth inning. He then told me that he follows the AL more than the NL. I said me too, then he went and said the AL doesn't have these switches cause of the DH. Honestly, if this guy has been followin baseball 12 more years than I've been alive, I'd atleast expect him to know what position Luis Gonzalaz plays.

I was at the game Cubs game yesterday. The Cubs fans ripped the person who got the ball. Booing and just hollering at the person. Junior Spivey hit the ball too, a former All-Star. Someone threw a different ball to the person, you could see them do it. I say forget throwing the ball back, give it to a child. When I was younger I would have loved, absolutely loved, to get a ball, especially a home run ball from a former All-Star. Cubs fans got what they deserved, a loss. Good ole' Raul "I'm batting .100 for 'Zona" Mondesi came through. It was good to see my friends sit and watch the Cubs blow a lead. Their bullpen, with the exception of Farnsworth, is junk.

I like reading this guys articles. Saying we have Carl Everett like its a bad thing. I'd take Everett over Micheal Tucker anyday. He makes a big deal out of Carlos Beltran, too. Yet, he failed to mention that he had been hurt this season. I think he is more important to that team than Joe Randa. I can't wait to see what this guy will write when the Royals are out of the race, sitting in third place.

I am glad Bud Selig stepped in. It takes away from the game if some teams are able to buy players, how the Yankees tried to get Boone.

I think it should be Ginter. It's not fair if he does go down, but why carry so many pitchers. Plus, Willie Harris had a huge play in extra innings last night against the Royals. He's our speed, and I am comfortable seeing him come into the game in extra innings.

They were trying to get rid of Russ Ortiz. We just about had Ortiz, before we got Colon. It seems money was a factor; Ortiz makes $4.6+ million, while Moss makes $1.5+ million, and is 3 years younger. Moss wasn't awful for the Giants, you just need to give something up to get a pitcher the quality of Ponson. Ponson is seen as a high quality number two in the rotation pitcher. Moss would not have had as big of a role with the team, especially in the playoffs, as Ponson will.

No, they want the money. Garcia is a FA after this year I believe. He'd never resign with the Reds. Why would they get a pitcher for 2 months who they do not need? Clausen is a good pitcher and he will be a Red for sometime.

Why would you put Boone at SS and Graffanino at 2B? It would be the other way around. I do not think Boone would be as comfortable at SS, as he would at 2B or 3B.

The Yankees didn't have any room for Miceli. Their pen is stocked full with better arms. They got Miceli from the Rangers earlier in the season, too. That's why their the only team paying the luxary tax.

Not just him. And I am not just saying for this series. It is all of the guys. The worst thing is Manuel. When we have someone swinging hot, he benches them. Magglio needs to start stepping up and be the superstar he can be. Frank is starting to suck again, since he has been DHing again. Every game lately, it seems like we can't hit the ball.
