Oh, I agree with you on the fact the parent of the boy are not at blame. The biggest thing I am worried about in this case, though, is the young boy. I just hope he is not too deeply effected by the trials and tribulations he has faced. I cannot help but feel for the family of the young boy and wish them the best.

Both sides have valid points: 3E8 isn't as old as many of the posters here. Neither am I. We, I am assuming, don't have any experience raising children. But, people our age arn't hidden from society. Many have younger siblings, and I know how I would feel if this kind of thing had happen to my little sis whom I am very, very close to. Also, advocating violence is never the right thing to do. I commend the mother for not doing anything violent. God will have his day with Imre. On the other hand, I don't think there is a need to ask why something along these lines was brought to the board. I feel this is a bigger issue (as I am sure it happens alot more often than many of us would imagine) than alot of other things which is posted on here. I understand someone asking why it's here, but I do feel it is newsworthy for here. One last thing. I like to see the differing opinions, but I just don't see a need to prove any point with foul language and so on. I find it harder to agree with one point of view when people are more interested in bringing down the other person (for lack of better words).

I could see that to be true. No way any athlete would touch any alcohol before the olympics unless they really are dumb as hell. If he is partying it up in other counrties, cool; drinking with his buddies, cool; just don't get in the car. That's where he make a mistake.

Oh, I was just asking cause I didn't know. I think it comes down to the fact that Imre has something wrong with her mentally. She obviously doesn't think it is wrong, and "wants a relationship" with him. If I was the vitcims family, I would move away. I know that'd be tough, but it would give the child the best chance to have a normal life.

It comes down to more than just baseball. JR and KW seem to find guys they fall in love with, and cannot let them go. RJ looks like one of these guys. I think RJ brings respect, credentials, attendence, and leadership to the South Side if he comes here. That on top of his talents could be huge for this club.

I agree. As I've said before, I was against Matsui winning last year for the same reasons brought up against Shingo. So I say he shouldn't win. I'll be happy as hell if he does, but I don't think he should.

I doubt many, if any will sign when they can. I am sure some people may, especially littler named guys, but I think most will wait a little while to sign.
