I play all the time. We actually were playing last night and there was almost a fight cause some kid was a jerk. I know some kids who play with some big buy ins. I also know some pots that get up to as much as a few grand. It is crazy to see how big poker has gotten. It is surely fun though.

That would actually be pretty cool; if we keep our rosters through the offseason. Then we could make trades at anytime, revolving around what goes on in the offseason. BTW, I am sure there are going to be open spots for people who haven't come back. I say we just give people their teams if they want to play.

It is the Soxtalk Weekly League. We did the draft last spring, and it is all Soxtalk members.

Everett goes every other year with huge numbers. If you have him batting 6th, then it is not too bad.

Neitzel will step into PG this year most likely. IIRC he was Mr. Basketball for the state of Michigan. He is a very good player. Every team needs freshmen to contribute, and he should. MSU will be much improved this year.

Nope, I say Gibbons as a bench player. No way I'd want him as our everyday OF.

Huh? Don't take any chances? Teams have to take chances every year. Look at the Cardinals with Jeff Suppan. How about us last year with Loaiza. So many teams take chances, sometimes they work, sometimes they don't.
