I know these guys have a very small chance of actually being in the running, but they were mentioned by Baseball Tonight a few nights ago, not that that means anything. I just wanted to see how long this list will get with all the names i've heard.

With all the rumors and speculation flying around it's hard to keep track of all the names that have been mentioned for the next Sox manager. I'd like to start a list of all the possibilities (even the really small chances). Feel free to post anyone that you can think of and please try not to mention anyone who has been already mentioned on this thread. I live in a small town in central Illinois and have my entire life. I've never really hated the cubs or any of the players on the cubs (except sosa). I just see them as another team. They're not in our division so I don't really care what they do. The only thing I don't like is when cub fans rip on me when they're doing well and the sox aren't i.e. these last couple of weeks. That doesn't make me cheer against the cubs, it just makes me cheer for the sox even more. Another thing I don't like about the cubs is the fake fans that just sit around and say they're cubs fans just to say it. I can respect the cub fans that actually follow baseball and let me like the white sox without harassing me.

The Big Ten will no admit ND without football. They would have no reason to. If ND is going to join a conference, their football team is going to have to be included. By the way, DoubleM23, Michigan State beat ND. MSU may not be at the level of Michigan, Iowa, Ohio State, Penn State, or Purdue, but the Spartans are no pushover. Their loss against La Tech was without Smoker for over half the game. Go Green, Go White, Go State!!! And Illinois won the Big Ten in football just 2 years ago in 2001, so I wouldn't call them a cupcake. The only consistent year-to-year cupcake the Big Ten has is Indiana, and even they are on the way up.

And some people are scared of the truth. So, they ignore it because they don't want to be unhappy. This has happened throughout history i.e. the Holocaust. So, it is important that we make full use of our freedoms given to us to question if what our government does is right. Rather than ignore it and let them do whatever the hell they want. And to be honest, most of the world doesn't have much to be happy about.

Thanks everyone. I took some advice and the problem seems to have subsided for now. The same popup just kept coming up over and over. Weird.

Just in the last day or so my computer has been bombarded with popup ads everytime I log on. It's ridiculous, I've never experienced anything like it before. About 20 things popup over and over. Has anyone else had this problem and if so how can I fix it? I downloaded some popup blocker but it is only a 15 day trial and isn't doing anything to help. Any info would be greatly appreciated.

A few questions I have on the dynasty, just curious. What difficulty level are you playing at? What conference are we in (what team did we take the place of)? What's our ratings (A, B, C, etc.) in overall, offense, defense, and special teams? Who's our coach? What are you gonna do when we all leave college? Damn dropped pass, I probably would have been the leading receiver if not for that.

St. Louis is 5 games back I believe and basically out of it. Houston would distance themselves from the cubs if they win.
