  1. Turns out that would have been a great series to attend. I hope when I hit Cincy Friday-Sunday it's the same way.
  2. Pierre Maguire- "sometimes the hockey gods just aren't on your side." Yeah Pierre, or the Pens were the better team. Jacka**
  3. Will playing in cold weather with wood bats affect you, seeing as if how you've played your whole life in Louisiana?
  4. He'd definitley be a rent. He's already said he'd love to play for the Yankees.
  5. There you go, AJ and Getz. Then again, I would have liked to see Beckham hit with someone on base. Oh well. 2-0 Sox. And what the f*** is Pods doing today? 2-2, but my lord, have some sense on the bases.
  6. I did mean Haren. And yes, I forgot about Sizemore and J. Upton.
  7. I'd go with: Hanley Ramirez Evan Longoria Albert Pujols Ian Kinsler Joe Mauer Zack Greinke Roy Halladay Cole Hamels Tim Lincecum Dan Harden
  8. The best part was when he caught it, he kind of stood there and started swaying like the thug he is.
  9. Maybe he should worry about his .095 avg. over the past 12 games.
  10. I bet Richard goes, at the max, 5 innings then we'll see Poreda or Carrasco.
  11. QUOTE (The Ginger Kid @ Jun 11, 2009 -> 06:03 PM) we get more starts from Count, Mark, Danks and Floyd like these we've just seen, and things will be good. Buehrle didn't pitch that well. He was left in too long and paid for it.
  12. Way to go AJ. It's about f***ing time. You have been brutal lately.
  13. QUOTE (Balta1701 @ Jun 11, 2009 -> 05:43 PM) There is absolutely nothing in the Cubs System I'd be willing to take back in exchange for Jenks. Then send him to the Mets for Wilmer Flores and/or Fernando Martinez. Is there anyway the Cardinals would take Jenks, Anderson, and Carrasco for Rasmus? Doubtful.
  14. QUOTE (Jenks Heat @ Jun 11, 2009 -> 05:41 PM) He looked really good yesterday. Dye and AJ are painful to watch right now. QUOTE (knightni @ Jun 11, 2009 -> 05:43 PM) I know. http://chicago.whitesox.mlb.com/news/wrap....me&c_id=cws Danks 7.1 IP 5 H 2 ER 2 BB 7K I mean, "What the hell?" Yeah, I'm just saying that I hope that can carry over. Floyd has been outstanding for 3-4 starts now. Keep it up, Gavin. BTW- now looking at the probables for the Brewers series, we should win 2 of 3- Richard/Suppan, Contreras/Parra, Buehrle/Looper. Then again, we should have won 2 or 3 vs Oakland and 2 vs Cleveland.
  15. If Jenks goes to the Cubs, it better be for Hoffpauir and maybe even Colvin.
  16. Is there any chance the Sox can win 1 in Milwaukee, 1 at Wrigley, and 1 or 2 in Cincy (4-5 or 3-6) without Thome being able to DH and Konerko being out with his hand injury?
