The offense today was symbolic of this team for the whole year. Hit a bunch of singles and strand them. This team is basically hopeless unless it hits the ball out of the park. The only problem is that they don't do that.

TA only pulls the ball with guys on base. It's so predictable.

Diekman and Joe Kelly will probably make all of us pull our hair out when they walk at least 1 guy every outing.

He's always had walk problems in his career. But a BB/9 around 7 is really bad.

Diekman's been amazing vs. lefties this year. Holding them to a .188 average with a 2.37 FIP.

For somebody we were probably gonna have to DFA, it's not bad. Diekman's been god awful recently though. His FIP is near 5. But he is left handed and has a solid track record.
