That was the reason for why we didn't go and get a real OFer at the deadline last season. Oh Robert and Eloy are back...the offense will be great! When in actuality the offense was maybe marginally better than it was in the first half.

Senztela has a WHIP of near 2. I'm not sure how his ERA isn't 6.

With him the fastball has kind of been a show me pitch, especially after the sticky ban. With less to show due to lower velo, teams don't think he'll throw it later in the count and just sit on his off-speed pitches. His control on it has also been incredibly inconsistent this year.

I swear Giolito always bombs when he pitches on getaway day.

That last hit by Iglesias was on a 91 MPH fastball. Honestly Lucas has been a bit unlucky in his last 2 starts, but a lot of that is the product of the other teams just poking hits against him on his change up. His fastball isn't good enough to make them respect it so they end up sitting on his best pitch.

2 starts in a row where Lucas can't get out of the 1st with his team still in the game.

Rockies are clearly sitting on change with 2 strikes. That last swing from Rogers on the fastball said it all.

Until Gio can establish that fastball they're gonna keep sitting on the change up with 2 strikes like they did the last 2 hitters.
