Actually, it completely fucking favors the Sox. I don't understand this mentality. As a competitor, this is what you want. All you can ask for at the end of the season is a bunch of games against the teams you are trailing. It honestly couldn't be any better from my perspective. Almost every win is closing two games on the team ahead of you. Your destiny is almost entirely in your own hands. Sink or swim, it's almost completely in their hands.

Let's see if the Sox can avoid doing what they've done all season after putting together a few wins. Reverting to dogshit, lifeless, losing baseball... They sure as shit haven't convinced me that this isn't more of the same yet. Funny how the team seems to have more energy without TLR in the dugout. You know guys aren't staying healthy, so you can absolutely carry all three of those guys. It would be stupid to trade any of them, because they have more value to the Sox than they do in a trade.
