  1. I love pointing to Guillén, Karkovice, Ventura & Lance Johnson as evidence 1994 was maybe the most talented team ever. Cool. Now replace their offensive numbers with Anderson, Grandal, Moncada and Robert ?? People still have no idea what they are about to see. Flush those 20’s and 2000’s Yankees down the toilet. It’s over. This will be the greatest collection of baseball talent the game has ever seen. Our worst players, Eaton & Madrigal, will probably put up a .360 OBP with their eyes closed. I’m actually hoping Adolfo gets the call at the ASB to replace Eaton and puts up a quick .950 OPS
  2. I don’t see any way that happens. He’s too valuable as the secret weapon
  3. I still can’t believe Ricky shit his pants with the bullpen in game 3.
  4. For sure. I think everybody gets that. I was pointing out the huge hypocrisy of generally pro labor/little guy/$15hr/workers’ rights/anti-rich people...calling for a service time manipulation screw job of Andrew Vaughn. You seriously can’t write this any better. ?????????
  5. It’s a complete shit show of trash over there. The 20s will be glorious
  6. I love the generally pro worker, pro players against the greedy owners / pro service time manipulation worker screw job viewpoint. ????? Just classic.
  7. See, this is an actual interesting thought.
  8. Haha. It’ll be just like 2015-2016 all over again: 15 star-level players on good contracts with 10 or so scrubs around. I’m pissed too.
  9. Yes. There’s still time to not get left behind. Ignore the guy that wants to talk about CPI- well actually if he starts talking, listen, and then do the exact opposite of everything he says.
  10. I see how that could be. All the old content is gone too. yea that stuff was fire
  11. The answer: 1.9 trillion more coming
  12. Anybody know what happened to this? His content last spring was the coolest stuff I’ve ever seen outside of the 2005 playoff run. Was he cut off? Anybody know the story on this? TA if you’re reading this pop some videos!
  13. Absolutely dude. You nailed it. One thing people don’t realize is the high level of pedigree each of these young guys brings. These aren’t late first round talents. Almost our entire lineup and pitching staff would be taken 1:1 in a draft. That’s INSANE
  14. He’s right. I don’t even think it’s close. Pretty sure we’re in our own tier and then: a bunch of space and mountain to climb Tier 2 Rays Yankees Tier 3 Twins A’s Astros Tier 4 Indians Jays Angels Tier 5 Red Sox Mariners Tier 6 Royals, Tigers Tier 10 Orioles Rangers
  15. We have an all star at every position but RF for the next 5 years. And in some cases, arguably the best player in the league at said position. This is going to be an absolute juggernaut the likes the league has never seen before.
  16. Right. That’s exactly why I said one’s view of the pitching staff depends on how you view the young guys, specifically Kopech. The deck is cleared for them. That’s why Lynn was such a perfect trade. Nice insulation. The worry-types should be happy he’s here
  17. People are snoozing on what the Sox have brewing. That’s all this is. it really comes down to whether you believe Kopech is the real deal or not. He could easily dominate from the get-go. It’s not like he’s some fringey, no-pedigree, aging prospect like Dane Dunning. he’s Michael effing Kopech. I gotta stay optimistic here.
  18. I don’t see it that way at all but fair enough.
  19. That seems premature. He didn’t even know he had it, like most people.
  20. Lol no. The odds are stacked super high in your favor. How bout if I win you can ban yourself and if you win I have to eat BBQ until i feel sick
  21. I think we already have the pieces. I hope you like 105 wins cuz that’s what you’re about to see. This team would piss all over 2005
